Is it just me or does anyone else find it annoying when you take the time to offer advise and you never hear back from the requester as to if it helped or not.:(

Having a search-able database means nothing if only the questions but not the answers are in that database.

I agree with each of you. Just wonder have I given follow up on each question I have asked.

I think one reason is many forget where they came to. Mine is not set up to receive update emails but wonder if that would help if you had to set up that way? Another issue I think is how long it is between some asking and their question getting any attention. It seems there are some questions that are asked right often, wonder if there should be a FAQ section? ....
