I have a 1998 jd 4100 4x4,hydro,turf tires,250 hours,<br>
410 loader,450 tiller,54 inch mid mower,cyclone rake vacume<br>
for mower all in excellent condition. I live in ct<br>
I may be moving south this summer.

after your deck hits the top pull the hdy lift lever again and it should raise a little higher.

I'm buying a JD790 for various work on my 70 acre property. One of my chores will be snow removal from a 1000' dirt driveway. Does anyone out there know if there are any after-market front load blowers available and how much $$$ would I save? If available, where would I find one and are they of JD quality? <br>Any insight would be greatly appreciated !

Yes I paid 14,575 with R4's the 900$ though was the difference between getting the hydraulic offset 84" rear blade. NH has had some good rebates and discounts going the one dealer I went to said he hadn't heard of any yeah right. Eric

Mark sounds pretty good. My 35D the 4400 and 3710 HST tractors I tested all lacked allot of force in High range but there only for towing and transporting as far as my experience has been. Hope your having as much fun as I am who ever thought mowing could actually be enjoyable lol. Eric

Mike I have the TC35D with the L.P. RD257200 I finish mow a 2acre yard a 1 1/2 acre Yard and a 5 acre field absolutely love the 3pt. mower I like the fact that I can trim with it by backing into places you normaly would need to push mow. any direct questions you have go ahead and e-mail me good luck

Tractor was delivered this weekend mowed 7 acres in 3.5 Hrs looks great. Bladed the driveway 150 ft 1 hr. Knocked down shumac trees all along the lawn boundrys boy those briars are sharp lol. All in all this is one heck of a work horse glad I didn't spend the extra cash to move from the TC35D to the 40 now I can buy more Implements. love the loader 16LA takes just under 7 minutes to remove I'LL get faster I hope??<br>Thanks for all your help folks I really appreciated it.<br> Eric

Beefarmer Im running a Landpride RD25-72" thats a 700# mower and I have no problems after 5 hours running in very hilly country Endless Mt. range NE Pa.
I've got power to spare you got a poorly delivered tractor if it can't pull hills what rpm are you running you have to throttle up till the green 540 light comes on which is between 2600 and 2800 rpm's

Great. Bee Farmer Mine will be delivered on Sat. I think your decision was fine I drove both couldn't tell them apart under load the dealer said I'd probably break traction before I saw the 5Hp without serious ballast. The Dealer is a personal freind He has the 35D at home with 127 hrs and no problems. I used both tractors with the land pride DH15 72" disk harrow.Both had ag tires I got R4's they pulled pretty well but nothing like my old Farmall M ;-) Eric

James I'm going through the same battle the TC-33D has 800LBS lift at bucket
The TC-35D has 1800LBS thats a heck of a difference I priced both packages the TC-33D is 19,863 w/ 7308 loader , 914A 72" rear discharge mid mount mower and 5 ft rear blade best price.
The TC-35D is 22,849 w/ 16LA loader , 914A 84" mid mount and 6 ft back blade
I'm still haggling on the TC-35D it's a much better but also much bigger tractor I was surprised at how much bigger physically and storage becomes a factor for me. hope that was helpful , Eric

Mark i've been looking at those same tractors and been quoted 2000 less for the NH TC-35D at the most expensive local dealer of 4 than the JD 4400's least expensive dealer out of 3 if I were you I would look around a little more that pretty much decided me but I was willing to drive around up to 100 miles but as luck would have it the best NH dealer was 18 miles down the road

Jason my local big dealer did the same to me He qouted me $25,987.37 for a JD4400 with loader and 72" mid mount mower with R4's and extra wheel weights
I new there was a price difference between JD & NH but $6,500 is rediculous so I went to a dealer further up the road and got a price of $21,500 but thats not delivered and its 125 miles away for that price difference I should buy a bigger trailer and pick it up myself and still have money leftover compared to the so called big dealer ;-)

Hello JD owners just curious about my latest JD 4400 price qoute I want the 12/12 shuttle shift ,72" belly mower and the JD 430 loader with quik tatch system I think 25,000 $ is rediculous but it might just be me because thats the price I was given for a NH TC35D with super steer with same above equipment plus front snow blower and all weather am/fm and tape deck

Does anyone know how well the shuttle shift model works on the NH TC35 i've drove the hydo model and can't get comfortable with it on any of the colors no local dealers have this model in stock i've driven the MF 1250 and liked it but there implement selection is slim and they don't deal with woods , land pride or any other aftermarket implements and I want a full service dealership . Also I wondered if there is any way you can have the shuttle shift and super steer my dealer is out of town at a conference<br>and i'm still waiting for him too reply to his voice mail . Do you ever get used to the hydro tranny with the loader I can't get the touch of not having throttle control while digging into the pile i've stalled more tractors than I thought possible after 10 years of driving fork lifts , wheel loaders , skidders , pettibone , dozers ,backhoe/loaders and my farmall M please say they get easier with time Thank YOU !!! :-(

I talked to the dealer yesterday and he said that it was just one more thing to go wrong.I asked if they had seriuos design flaws he said that they hadn't delt with them to much as of yet but he hadn't heard anything negative so far so i think your right about him wanting to reduce aged inventory the ones he has on the lot have some rust in the motor compartment and on the loader controls so i think if i do get one i will order in the hopes that its not allready rusting that bad
