I'm having trouble with 790 John Deere stalling-600 hours 04 model. I'm driving it in 4 wheel low plowing fields and it stalls after using it for a while. It seems like it stalls when it gets hot. I have changed fuel pump solenoid, fuel filters, air filters. What else could it be?

You need to give a little more detail in order to get a handle on what's happening to your machine though.
Does it just die like the key switched it off, or does it fade out? Any odd noises, smoke, sputtering?
How it does something is often more telling than what it does.

The tractor usually just dies with no sputtering. I just flat shuts down. If you crank on it it usually starts back up and after about 10 min of use it dies again. ....

As a shot in the dark, you might jumper across the safety switch under the seat to see if it makes a difference. Sometimes those switches or connections become intermittent and cause unexpected shutdowns.

We have had a problem with this switch and we rigged it so it works. When you say jumper across the saftey switch. You are talking about cutting the two lines and splicing them before they run into this sensor under the seat? ....

I don't know exactly what that switch looks like but if there are two wires to the switch they should be disconnected and connected directly to each other bypassing the switch entirely. If there's only one wire to the switch I'm guessing the wire needs to be grounded to complete a circuit somewhere. Sorry, it's hard to be specific without seeing it or a schematic. ....

A few questions if I may:
Did it do this before plowing or only plowing? If plowing are you using a moldboard plow with a wheel in the furrow thus the tractor being tilted a little? If no to the first question and yes to the last one it suggest trash in the fuel tank or fuel pickup issue.
It could be a fuel filter issue, trash in the tank that is floating and being sucked over the fuel outlet but being released when the engine sits off for a few minutes to break the vacum, could be clogged filter. Have you tried checking fuel flow out of the filter when this happens? It could also be a partly clogged air vent hole in the fuel cap.
Then it could be an electrical issue. ....

It's been my experience that when a machine dies just like somebody turned off the key, it's an electrical problem.
I don't know how your JD is set up as far as safety switches, most only use a dead-man switch on the seat for PTO operation, so the switch won't matter if the PTO is not on.
It is possible though that the PTO switch or some other one is not in the right position and thinks the PTO is engaged when it's not. I've seen tractors that the PTO switch was out of place enough that the safety's were on almost full-time.
