Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could put on my Kubota loader with quick-tach bucket to assist me with lifting such things as wheel weights and wheels along with other things for my antiques tractors? I checked with my Kubota dealer and they suggested pallet forks but I don't want to spend that much money.

Did you want to lift them on a platform, that is, as if they were IN the bucket, or with a chain or sling? ....

I want to be able to lift them off the tractor, move them around, lay them and pick them without having to continually use my back but still do it safely. ....

Retcol, your L4330 has more than enough heft to just put a jib on the bucket itself.
Get a bolt on receiver hitch meant to bolt to a pickup trucks bumper to allow the use of 2" x 2" receiver style ball mounts (like the one linked to below). Bolt it onto the bucket with a piece of plate beneath it to spread the weight out. Then just use a piece of heavy (1/4") wall 2" x 2" tube with a hook or loop at the end to hang a chain from, or you can just use a ball mount with a clevis through the hole for the ball.
Your total cost shouldn't exceed about $50 and an hours work to drill and bolt it on, no welding needed.
Best of luck.

I just added pallet forks to work off the rear 3pt hitch. They cost 280 or so and i use them to move pallets full of firewood. think 1/3 to 1/2 chord at a time. They are great and not that expensive. They have saved me time not having to pick up firewood 3 or more times each pc and like you said.....saves my back. ....

You could fabricate a device called a pipe lifter for removing/installing wheel weights of anything with an open center. ....
