I have a Curtis cab on a John Deere 3120. Is there anything that can be done to keep the wiper from parking directly in the middle of the windshield? I try to shut it off when it is off to the left but it cycles back to the middle.

I wanted to change the coolant in my Kubota 4330. After i drained the system I put fresh water through it twice and drained it. Then I filled it with 50/50 coolant. I checked it to see how low of temperature. It was minus 20. I then put some straight antifreeze in the overflow tank, but the temperature still wasn't low enough after running the tractor for 90 minutes. What do i need to do to get the temperature down to -34? Doesn't the coolant circulate through the overflow tank as the tractor is running?

I have a John Deere Gator TX 4X2 and I am concerned about how the transaxle dipstick fits. It doesn't seem to screw down all the way and leaves a space under the top. Is this normal or should I buy another dip stick?

Art can you clarify what you meant by" you are about the same price for the tires as you might be for tires and rims from Kubota"?

Also, for your information I have a 1976 Ford 3600 with less than 1100 hours with original Firestone tires and a 2000 New Holland TN65 with original Good Year tires and neither tractor has any sign of cracking .

If I have owned a piece of a equipment for awhile I feel it is my responsibility to transport the item back to the dealership. However, when there is a problem immediately after delivery I think it should be the manufacturer's responsibility to underwrite all costs.

Could you describe as to why you feel the 60 series is nicer? Do you have to add the supplemental fluid for the tier 4 engine?

I currently have a Kubota L4330 HSTC with 275 hours on it. I primarily use it for moving snow and baling hay. Is there enough difference or improvement in the Grand L 60 series to justify trading up or should I stay with my current tractor?

I would like the brake pedals to be relocated similar to the Grand L 30 series. On the 40 series I keep hitting my knee under the steering wheel. I had a 3830 and wanted to go to a cab tractor. I tried the 40 series but didn't like it so I found a new left over 4330 HSTC.

Has anyone operated a hydraulic cylinder on a pull behind implement with the joy stick for the loader? If so how does it work? I have a 7 foot haybine that I want to pull. I was using my Farmall SMTA with wide front but it doesn't have power steering so I wanted to use my Kubota L4330.I was going to buy another hydraulic cylinder just for use with the Kubota and then get some long hoses to run from where the loader hydraulics hook up. I had priced an auxiliary valve for the L4330 but I thought it was too expensive. Also too expensive to put power steering on the SMTA.

Art Thank you for the information. Has Kubota made any minor changes to the Grand L 40 series? I had heard there was going to be a little change in the seat position. Did that happen?

The tractor is not in 4WD. I run it wide open which is around 3000 rpm.

Today when I was trying to mow my lawn the deck kept disengaging. I suppose it is some switch that is suppose to protect me from myself. It is quite frustrating. Any suggestions as to how to identify or check for the problem and is there a way to by-pass so I can use the machine?

I am concerned about fuel consumption in my L4330. I primarily use my tractor for mowing with a 72" finishing mower. it seems that I am using 1 1/2 - 2 gallons of fuel per hour and I think that is excessive in comparison to some of my friends with John Deere tractors. One guy has a John Deere 5055 and he used about a tank of fuel in 31 hours. Am I expecting too much?

I was mowing with my L4330 HSTC yesterday and using my air conditioner. This is the first time this year that I have used the a/c. I thought I could sense a burn smell. It kept working with no problem. Is this something I should pursue or is it a smell since I hadn't been used since last year? The tractor has 88 hours on it.

I bought a L3830 in 2004, however, I wanted a cab. I started looking at the new Grand L 40 series. I drove a L4240 with a cab and didn't like it because I kept hitting my knee under the steering wheel since the brake pedals had been relocated.. I decided I wasn't going to buy another Kubota until I talked with Art White. Fortunately I was able to find a L4330 HSTC that was new and I bought it. I couldn't be more happy with it. I don't know what I will do the next time unless Kubota makes some changes.

Does anyone have a foolproof way to release the pressure in hydraulic connections especially when the outside air temperature is high? I currently have an LA853 loader but I have exeprienced the same thing with my LA753 and also my Westendorf loader. I don't want to open up the connection to release the pressure. My other loaders had the female end on the tractor so I would push the tip against a tire, but with my cab it is reversed. Other times of the year I never have a problem. I always make sure I release the pressure before I disconnect the hoses.
