Is there a source where I can look to find out the year my Kubota L4330HSTC was actually manufactured? I bought it after the 40 series were on the market.

I am in the process of doing my 50 hour service. The book says that the front axle takes 9 quarts. However, is the oil level only suppose to be up to the check plug or can it be higher? I put in 8 quarts and the oil is flowing out.

The car will start sometimes but not the next. However, my mother will wait a little bit and then it will start. My mother had a small accident about three months ago. The damage was only in the front bumper area. The local GM dealer thought the problem could have something to do with that but I don't agree.

I bought a new L4330 last fall. During the winter when it was really cold the back tires kept going flat. I got sick of it so I had my tire dealer put tubes in the tires. I never had any problems after that. It is just another example of the Kubota company along with the other compact tractor manufacturers trying to go cheap.

Which company is now building the compact tractors for Deere? I saw yesterday that Yanmar engines are being put in the Cub Cadet. There was a picture of a Cub Cadet that was about the size of a JD 790.

I have approximately 12 hours on my L4330 HSTC. I notice some type of hum when I operate the tractor. Is that a result of having a hydro transmission? I didn't hear it on my L3830HST but I do with the L4330. Is that caused by the cab trapping the noise more than an open station tractor?

When I bought my L4330HSTC tractor I didn't get a rear wiper. Since I use a snow blower I see that I have a need for one. Are they very hard to install? Are there any precautions I should watch out for? The dealer mentioned a problem with over torquing the screws and cracking the window.

Does any one have any problem with Kubota Credit processing payments on a timely basis? I know that I could have them draw it directly from my checking account but I don't want to do it that way. The day I sent in my payment I simultaneously sent a payment to my credit card company in the same city that I mail my check to Kubota Credit. The credit card payment was processed several days before the Kubota Credit. Why? The USPS isn't that bad.

I just bought a new L4330 with a cab and I now have to hook up my electrical control for my rear mounted snowblower. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get the wire from the snowblower to inside the cab without drilling any holes? Also, where would be the best place to get the power for the control?

The tractor is not new just the loader. My tractor is a 2004 model and the 4330 is a late 2005. It has 14 months left on the power train warranty.

Today I think a bearing went out on one of the spindles on my finishing mower. It is a sealed bearing which I hate. I never have a problem with my Artsway midmount mower with greaseable bearings. Does anyone specifically know how the pulley comes off? There is a snap ring with a spacer on top of the pulley but I am uncertain how the pulley then comes off.

Can anyone tell me if the cab size varies between 3540 versus 3940 and 4240? I had driven a 3540 and I wasn't very comfortable with it but the dealer didn't have a bigger tractor with a cab. Based on the specifications in the brochure they are the same size. However, a Kubota factory rep told me the 3940 and 4240 had bigger cabs.

I talked to a dealer today and he offered me a 66" Black Max snowblower with a fairly realistic price. Does anyone have any experience with this snowblower? If so, are there any shortcomings.
