I have changed how the Avatars work. Whatever image is in slot one in your TP Photo Album is your Avatar.

Even if you already have a picture in slot one you will need to reload it or load another image into slot one to get your first Avatar created.

I have copied the Moderators existing avatars into slot one for them.

Hey Dennis, can you move my picture 1 to slot 9 and nuke 9 for me please, it's easier than reloading it.
