I can't speak to the price, but if you google there are some Bolens tractor collector clubs that might help you out. It's my understanding that Bolens are sort of collectors items now. They might be worth more to a collector than a guy who just wants to get the job done. Bolens (the company) has been sold several times through the years and whatever is left is now part of MTD. ....
