I believe by "lift cylinder" they mean the cylinder inside the rear end that lifts the 2 lift arms of the 3pth.

If that's the case, I suspect it's one of those situations where my head of maintenance department would shake his head and say "If you have to ask how to do it, or where to get parts, are you really sure you want to tackle it?".

It means splitting the tractor in half and then going into the back half in a lot of cases.

In some you can get to it by just removing the two outboard axle housings, but even that's still a pretty big (and more than a little dangerous) job.

When you say model 90, is that a skid steer or a boom mower? Is there a snap ring visible at the rod guide? ....
