I can't seem to get the four ways or the turn signals to work on my Jinma. They all worked up until a month ago. I have replaced the Flasher twice. Could there be a problem with the voltage regulator ? one of the wires actually go up to the Voltage Regulator. I ran a seperate ground wire from the flasher up to the Voltage reg and the blinkers started working but it blew the fuse after about 5 seconds. at this point i am confused.

It could be a short somewhere in your wires. Look along the wires for one being pinched and the insulation being cut just enough to blow the fuse. Could even be in the switch or a bulb socket. kt ....

I was unaware that Jinmas had four way flashers. Please clarify. To have both directional signals AND four way flashers, you need TWO relays. Flashers typically use a two prong relay, directional signals a three prong.

Don't know how it works but it does have four ways and signals. The flasher does however have wires going up into the voltage regulator.

(seems wierd but it works)

LW, I am going to assume you have the one peice dash?.

The horn relay has four prongs.

The Turn signal flasher has 3 prongs. Both your turn signals and hazards use the same flasher and is not your typical 3 prong flasher... FACTORY PART.

The wire I think your are taliking about is black... if so ??... it is a ground.

Ron that is exactly what i have. since i repaired the black ground wire all the blinkers started working but it is almost like there is a dead short somewhere as after about four blinks it blows the fuse. while it is blinking the alternator gauge is showing a huge discharge. I have ordered a new voltage regulator i think the problem is in there as it seems to share itself with the flasher.
