Sorry. I was trying to find how Ken and our friends in the NW got hit again as this storm developed from what seems like no where. I found this on Diabetes instead. As the it affects many and some member I know, I thought I would post for others to read. My father developed type II later in life.

That's an interesting article. Peppers have always been known to be good for you so it probably wouldn't hurt diabetes patients to take capsaican (sp?) supplements. My wife's mother has diabetes bad so she will be interested I'm sure. ....
