Could someone give me the length of one of the two blades on a 6 foot mower? I hit a couple of rocks with mine and pretty much ruined the blades. PJ

You'll need more info than the length to get a replacement, so the best is to take a blade to a dealer.
Blades always hit stones, and it would have to be unusual damage to render it useless. First take it to a sharpener and see if he can make it servicable. ....

Thanks Greg, You've been a big help. I now know what the part numbers are. The blades on the mower are actually bent upwards due to hitting a large rock, not some smaller object. It actually raised the mower off the ground and happened while cutting down 5 foot high weeds. I thought it damaged the gear box, but didn't. ....

Paul, have no idea on your mower, but some do not use straight blades. Now if one blade is shaped differently than the other, well we know at least one is damaged. kt ....

Paul, just noticed your location. I live about 3 miles from the hwy 501 and hwy 22 interchange in SC. If you are looking for your blades here, there is a JD dealership on old hwy 9 west of Loris, Rabon's in Aynor, Tractor Supply on 501 just west of Conway. Also there is Agri Supply in Florence on the side hwy 76 just past the airport there. kt ....
