Hello folks. new here. Anyway I was bush hogging into an unknown area on a neighbors property. Ran over an object, heard like rock and the cutting stopped. got into a clear area and raised cutter and a 10in block fell out. I went and looked under the agri-five and one blade crossed the other. I got them back out straight. But they are not cutting anymore. They look even. the edge was ok. But I did run the grinder around the oval edge on each one. So I started the tractor and engaged the Pto and all looked good and went into the grass and no cutting. Pto is engaged still. went to a clear area and raised cutter and blades are turning. Any Idea?
Thanks,
Jerry

If your cutter has shear pin that is broken the blades could appear to spin just fine in a no-load condition but when actually cutting grass the extra load could cause them to slow down and be ineffective. Shear pins are designed to break under a shock load but the friction of the connection could allow them to spin when no load is present. ....

Agree with Ken on this just look at the bolt that bolts that runs through the PTO shaft on the cutter. Be careful on replacing it to get correct grade bolt. ....
