I would like to add the power beyond kit to my 4310 for the backhoe that maybe in my future, but to my surprise according to the John Deere parts web site the power beyond kit # LVB25085 is now obsolete.Has this kit been superseded? Also has anyone here ever install the power beyond on a 4310 before and if you have could you give any helpful info.

Parts often show up as obsolete when they are available. Call your dealer and they can probably get a kit for you. Can't help with the installation info since the dealer installed mine. ....

Just because the main factory doesn't produce the kit anymore doesn't mean there aren't kits on a dealer shelf somewhere. In my industry, it takes time from when a part is obsolete by the manufacturer before it's completely gone from the field. ....

You should look at your parts book to see what is included in the pwr beyond kit as you may be able to buy the parts you need separately. If you don't have the book, look at the dealer's or go to JDParts.com. I found that on my JD955s I only needed one JD part (the hex plug for $2) and all the rest could be done with after-mkt adapters, hoses, and valves. The hardest part was getting the installation instructions....I was fortunate enough to get a copy from a fellow tractor forum participant. ....
