If the tractor is being used often and not being allowed to sit so condensation will be an issue you will be fine with the change. If you have gas tank you pump from worst case should be use filter on it to block water.

My guess is the wire that has the thumb screw to hold the bowl is weak but for the problem they are if you are not trying to keep it factory look would go with the in line filter and cut off valve.

I don't mean to be a smart axx when i say this, but put the doors on.
Any off road cabs I've dealt with from the most crude back in the 1960's till the present aren't meant to be used without the doors. Dust just seems to want to get inside, in the upholstery, dash instruments, etc, without the doors or windows. I know they can be hot, the later model ones with lots of glasss are really hot unless you have an AC unit.

Have already pulled the oil samples, and looked under the valve cover with a scope, ( years of working on autos has left with a bunch of time saving tools). I don't think the clock has been replaced, although I am not sure it has worked correctly all thes years. It was owned by a coworkers father who passed away, and according to them all he would use it for was to go into the woods and haul out a couple of logs each year for firewood, and some snow removal after their occasional winter storm, (south PA). The tires are original i believe and have about 40% left. I know it sounds impossible but I may have stumbled onto one of those rare "deals" we all hear about. Dealership says $1500 - $3000 as is.

I was wondering if you still have the lift cover with the hydraulic controls. I've owned this tractor for 15 years and have had the same problems finding parts.

I have some experience with that too.

On my 4100 I swapped the skinny little front Ag tires for a tiny 12 inch M&S radial and matched the rear with a 16 inch truck tire. It worked pretty well.

I still have the front/rear conversion numbers written down.

I know a local shop that was dealer for them. Their phone number is843-358-3590. Suggest you talk with Denny there. They are good people. He did have sources for used parts for Long also. This is in South Carolina about 30 miles from Myrtle Beach. Might want to combine trips for engine and vacation. On serious side, if he has to have it shipped in you might be able to have it shipped directly to you or shop there and save the second shipping charges.

Believe you will find the pto shaft has at least one bad universal joint. You should be able to replace if bad and not the full shaft.

Loading the rear tires will only compensate for the weight of the front loader itself. You still need weight behind the tractor to compensate for the material in the bucket. I recommend a three point ballast box. I got one from John Deere for $210. I've got a bigger loader than you, so had to also order the 9" extensions (to hold more wet sand). But the box without extensions should hold enough weight to counter whatever you can lift with a Jinma 200 series bucket.<br>

Anyone here own or use the backhoe attachment for their kioti? The dealer quoted me about $6500 for the one that fits the 45SE. It says it has about a 3K digging power rating. I recently rented an excavator that had 11K digging power. It did, ok but I was wanting more umph and more reach. <br>

I have possession of a Jinma 200-series tractor. My father passed away suddenly and I am trying to sell the tractor. We have a buyer, but the place he purchased it at does not service or sell these tractors any longer. I am looking for a service place in Ohio, around Columbus or even Mansfield. Point taken. I have used a bush hog so I can relate to the swinging out you are referring to. Ideally a belly mower would be better choice regarding this, but I didn't see that they made one for my tractor.

In researching this, I found one (I think I got the link off one of these threads) that has a hydraulic swing out feature. It changes the cutting width from 7' out to over 10' when fully expanded. Not sure of the price though. I thought it was kinda neat.

What is a good buy good model to choose from

No it does not I purchased the tractor from a friend of mine with it not working. But when everything was working you could use the 3pt. And the remotes with out switching anything. I went one agcoparts.com and find the parts the way mines set up is it has a hydraulic, pump control - M K3 A. And a 2-spool valve - R.H controls - Combined Flow - live PTO. Looking at the pictures that's what it looks like. When you first start it up you get a little movement in the 3pt. But not much. Only at start up

Yup ---I been stuck a couple times---Learned out how to get out real quick---Also threw a track the first week--had to get a neighor to help get it back on ( he's run bulldozers all his life).
