I found a Kubota 4310 with hst tranny, 4wd, new (9 Hrs, sold as new) at a dealer with a 5 year warrenty for 13,800.00 is this a good price? I can't find anything to compare it to. Thanks

I'll take a stab at this. I am not real familiar with the Belarus 250. If this tractor has a clutch housing access panel that you can remove or open that allows you direct access to the flywheel and clutch assembly; you may luck out and free the stuck clutch by having someone hold down the clutch pedal FULLY depressed and VERY carefully try to pry the clutch disk away from the flywheel. This can be accomplished by using some type of thin wedge (ie: a think piece of plexiglass sharpened on edge or a sharp putty knife) BEFORE you try this, check and ensure one of more of the clutch diaphram depression fingers has not broken or the pivot bolt has fallen out. Spare nuts, bolts, and washers found in the clutch housing are a dead giveaway to look for this. If the bolt just broke or came loose, sometimes you can rotate the flywheel to a position that allows you to replace the hardware. If the clutch disk is rusted to the flywheel, you may luck out and free it up by CAREFULLY prying it loose. If the clutch disk is rusted to the transmission input shaft, you may not be so lucky. If you can free it and then work it back and forth MANY times followed up with some lubricant on the input shaft to prevent the seizure again; you will be REAL lucky. Many times the tractor just has to be split. Good luck and hope you can free it up.

Repaired pump w/all kubota parts.(A real pain to remove/install). Old seal(1)& "O" rings (6)were shot. Gears & shafts looked good, except main drive driven gear from engine had some wear on teeth. All parts fit good,no play. After 20+ hrs use, shaft seal seems to have failed. Lost hydro oil into crankcase again. Is it possible that pressure is too high? Is there a method to test pressure? Is there a pressure relief valve or adjustment for this? Your opinion?

The parts would be available thru any Kubota dealer. I haven't seen that happen to a pin but it might have broke before and you just finished it off so to speak with your last job. You really can't straighten a ram perfectly so it would just wear out the inside of the cylinder or to make it egg shape with the first signs being leaks.

The DT is high and low with four gears in each. The FST is two wheel drive and GST is a power shift giving you 12 speeds forward with out use of the clutch and a hydraulic forward reverser also eliminating the use of the clutch.

Another victim of the dreaded acid death of my oil cooler.

Started leaking last week, I tore it down and found the leak. Right side directly behind the battery. Tried the epoxy patch. Nope...

So off to the JD parts man. 160 bucks later along with a gallon of Hy guard.

Sometimes I think these engineers are also employed at Ford. Man do they lay some stuff out in the stupidest ways.

That would work where the top soil is deep and rich, but not where there are big rocks to fish out and not on my hardpan covered with sand.

If you are asking how to obtain 60 hertz power output; the generator armature shaft must be turned at 3,600 rpm. Many small craft marine type generators as well as standby genrators are mated to engines which are governed at 3,600 rpm. Other manufacturers in order to reduce noise, vibration, and fuel consupmtion have gone to a 2:1 gearbox or pulley drive that spins the generator at 3,600 rpm. PTO generators are geared in a variety of drive ratio's but the bottom line is the generator must be spun at 3,600 rpm if you want 60 hertz power.

I would run from the 4300 at that price. I just sold a like new 4310 435 hours hydro 4 wheel drive R3 tires 430 loader and a 60" mid mount mower for 16,000. The dealers wanted to give me 13,000 and 13,500 and told me that they would sell it for 14,500....YEA RIGHT I also had two 4300 with hydros and one was replaced under warranty because of the thrust washers in the rear. So becareful with the first model 4300 with this problem and also mine would scuff the lawn with front tires and i was told that they improved this on later models.

The wiring diagram in the owners manual of my TZ24DA list a wire color chart but on the schematic it will list, i.e. YBO.5. I would assume this would be a yellow/black. What does the "o" or Zero mean as it follows most of the labels and does the 5 indicate the number of the terminal block? However, there are some labels that end in .25 & .85<br>

Another example is a L1.25 label(rear work light option), which would indicate a blue wire, what does the 1 represent?<br>

Can I make an accurate assumption that all ground wires are green?<br>

One more question, where is the main connector block located and how hard is it to access?<br>

I think the 2210 might bog down a bit chipping 5" material. Heck, that's firewood anyway!

The grapple is a BoDozer by Borgford. Link below. They make a 4' model which weighs 490 lbs. I really like it. Built like a tank and great for cleaning up slash.

I purchased the 2210 and the 210 together in May this year and have used the loader more than any other tool in the house. The quick attach bucket can be removed easily when you need a few more inches of forward clearance when cutting grass near buildings. Actual JD Pallet fork loader attachment can be purchased for retail around $1200. Loader works great with most logging and dirt moving chores. The dealer offer sounds good to me, just make sure you get some weight in the back and maybe the dealer will throw in a I match or Ballast box to sweeten the deal.

When I ordered my new B3030 I specifically wanted the short non-foldable ROPS. I did not want the tall foldable ROPS because of the extra clearance needed to get under trees and also I just did not like the looks of it. Just my personal opinion. When it was delivered they had forgotten to change the ROPS to the short one so I had it on for a few days until they brought the short one to me which I changed myself. While the tall foldable ROPS was on I had to prop open the 8' rollup door on my barn with a 2x4 just so I could get in and out with hitting it. It would be a PIA to have to do that every time I went in and out or even worsewould be to have to fold the darn thing every time. Now I can go under the trees better and get in and out of the barn without having to stop and adjust something. I think it would be a lot easier to shorten your ROPS than raise your barn.
