Welcome to the group.
By "Gannon" I'm guessing you have something made by them with remote hydraulics on the 3pth, a box blade with scarifiers maybe?
The first place to start would be every single quick disconnect hydraulic fitting on the tractor, loader included.
If a connector has been bumped and is partly disconnected it would dead-head the hydraulics and do exactly what you describe.
If there's no problems there it could be a stuck bypass or relief valve or something more serious, but it's been my experience that 'sudden' problems are simple ones.
Best of luck. ....

I have No luck finding the strainer
I looked all under the left side of the tractor but not sure. I think if I pull the strainer I will have to change the fluid as well...Is that correct ??
So I will wait till somebody explains were it may be. I also don't see a hydraulic filter.
Does this model even have one ??
Thx

The strainer should be inside of a 'banjo' fitting if you know what that is, below the range lever. It should be just ahead of the mid-pto.
If you have a hydraulic filter, some of them don't, it's on the other (left) side high up.
Best of luck. ....

I ran across a maybe strange problem while changing the hydraulic fluid. I found a drain plug in the far back behind the rear differntal...I unscrewed the plug and it was completely dry as a bone. I still changed the hydro fluid from the strainer hole and cleaned the strainer and it fixed the hydraulics...its much better.
But Im concerned about this drain plug in the back that had no fluid in it. It seems to me this rear chamber should have fluid in it.
Can anybody tell me what this rear plug goes to...or if its suppose to be dry ?? It just to the right and below the PTO drive shaft.
Thank you
