This may be a silly question but i just bought a new 2305 that will be delivered today (very excited didnt sleep well last night)I have seen some postings about filling the rear tires for weight. What does this mean, what do you fill them with and how do you go about doing this any help would be great THANKS!

Wheel weights, calcium, rim guard.
I have a nearly identical tractor to yours and I have tried fluid and wheel weights, but you will find that in the archives.
After you have checked the volumes of info in the archives, it will be easier to answer your questions. ....

I highly recommend loading the tires on this size tractor. With RimGuard you will get about 110 lbs into each, and I find that is sufficient for light loader work, but for the really heavy stuff, I put my weight box on that is filled with concrete.

Where's a good place to get RimGuard? Do places like Tractor Supply Co, Southern States, etc.. carry that type of stuff?? ....

Last I looked the Rim Guard web site had a list of dealers. That's how I discovered it wasn't available in my area. ....

I have to retract my statement above. I don't have the new model #'s straight yet. I thought we were talking about filling the tires on the 4115 replacement, not the 2210 replacement.
I think you are better off using wheel weights with 12 inch rims on the rear. If you have 15 to 16.5 inch rims it is still iffy in my book.
I don't think, based on my experience with this class of tractor, that you get as much weight IN the tires as you can get ON the tires, especially if you are using Rim Guard which is not as dense as a calcium solution. ....
