Discounts from MSRP re Lawnmowers

I've seen 10% and 15% and even 20% cited as discounts from the MSRP for tractors and implements. Would a buyer of a riding mower reasonably expect to get such a discount as well?

I'd guess that lower MSRPs mean less margin to deal. ....
