I just bought and had delivered to me an assembled and tested Jinma 454 tractor with FEL on 08-16-2011, one week ago, since then I have hydrolic leaks constantly from the FEL pivot points and the "upgraded control valve" pouring from it. Now as of today my front right axle broke off completely. I am going to contact the dealer tomorrow to hopefully have this issue resolved.

I'm really curious how you managed to have a front axle break when the tractor is so new it should still be going through a very gentle break-in. Were you working the front end loader really hard? ....

But the leaking part is a bit confusing. Could you provide a more specific description of what is leaking where?

If I may ask you two a question on the axle breaking. First I don't have a FEL have only used one on two different tractors for moving dirt. If the unit is built for that tractor (esp if same brand) how could the load's weight be an issue for such failure, is it not designed to prevent the load limit weight wise? This question is not totally due to this post but also due to the post on the NH failures of frame.
Now understand how shock loads due to ramming stuff or running over rough ground and such is different issues but very real. ....

The small leaks are coming from the hydrolic hoses running up the FEL arms at the connection points. The large leak looks to be literally pouring out from the back of the control valve itself. ....

That doesn't sound like it should break an axle. I'd guess a casting defect - they do happen, on any brand of tractor. The dealer should make good on that.
The leaking connections aren't a big surprise, either. Chinese hydraulic connectors are prone to that since they use a goofy (in my opinion) style of seal. If you can get some "bonded washers", the ones with the rubber fused to them, of the appropriate size, they usually do the trick on the loader hose connections. Otherwise get a good stock of the right size metric o-rings.
The aftermarket loader control my just need the connections tightened a bit. They're probably JIC or SAE connectors.
As for overloading a bucket on a loader, it is entirely possible, particularly with big rocks, concrete or really wet heavy clay. To say nothing of scrap metal, etc. My loader bucket is 5' wide and rated at about 900# load - I can easily put more weight than that in it, but that just risks damage.
A bucket that was small enough to ensure that a user couldn't overload it weight-wise would be uselessly small when working with lighter materials. No matter how foolproof you try to make a piece of equipment, there is someone out there who will manage to screw it up. (grin) ....
