I'd be extremely surprised if you could find anybody to rebuild a Chinese injection pump. A new one will run about $500, unless you only need the lift pump and hand primer component. That by itself is about $70

I have new pumps for sale. You may not need a new pump though most are pretty easy to work on for the Chinese tractors. Just google r&r farm equipment jonesboro ar 72404 it should give you my number ask for Josh. ....
