You have a rebadged Jinma 200 Series, and this is a very very common problem. When the rear lift is permitted excessive upward travel, the hydraulic piston extends too far outside the cylinder. This exposes the O-ring seal, and one (or two) nylon wipers. When the lift is lowered, the wiper/seal gets torn when it's pulled back inside the cylinder.

Repair kits are inexpensive, and available at any Jinma dealer. After than, it's just a time consuming and messy job.
