I am looking to buy a Hinomoto E14D tractor from a neighbor. It is a 2cy, 19 hp 4wd diesel with 764 hours and they are asking $3300. I do not know the model year and would like to have some feed back on pricing.

Sounds like too much to me. Three years ago I bought a 2304 in good condition for $3,100. Great tractor, with a lot more power. You will want the power. ....

The exact year is irrelevant and the hour-meter cannot necessarily be believed because it may have come over used with the meter zeroed.
Pretend you already own it, and need, say, replacement filters, a head gasket, and a factory manual (in English), and see how you'd make out. ....
