What can I use to remove water spots from my Ford windows? It seems like they are right in the glass.

Here's something you can try and it won't cost you anything but a little time.
Wash the window, inside and out...let it dry. Take a page or two of a newspaper and wad it up. Buff the glass with it.
I've never tried it on windshields but it works great on house windows and even better on mirrors. ....

A dilute solution of vinegar and water should dissolve the spots. ....
