got an older 300 belarus no fuel to secondary filter, took secondary filter cover off and cleaned it and when i use the hand pump it spurts fuel out a hole on top but can't get it to pump fuel cranking with starter, got one injection valve to slober fuel on top the injection pump

If it's rubber fuel lines and they're more than 5 years old, replace them. It's a cheap experiment and I've seen more bad lines cause funny problems like that than you'd believe.
The inner liner breaks down and under much pressure or vacuum collapses and chokes off the flow, under light flow it's ok.

most the fuel lines are a hard plastic kinda preformed to the bends, can belarus order them? ....

Hard plastic lines don't often create the symptoms you're describing. If you can move fuel by operating the primer pump manually, but not when cranking, maybe you should remove the pump and look at what's happening on the back side. Maybe something wrong with the lever or pins? ....

Just the hand pump. It should be pumping fuel while cranking, not just when you work the manual lever. I wonder if the actuating lever on the back side may have broken, fallen off, maybe a pin worked out, who knows? Worth looking at. ....
