Starter solenoid just clicks. Cleaned cables and posts. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Try jumping from battery pos to starter terminal. Then take starter to an auto-electric shop. ....

Bad cable connections and that can be a pain to find or battery too weak or bad solenoid or starter.

Jumping to with known strong batter will help know if batter or connections for it that works one of those is the issue. If jumping with known strong battery then issues is with solenoid or starter. Depending on design you can also by pass solenoid. BE VERY CAREFULLY in jumping and bypassing as you can be bypassing safety switches ended up starting tractor in gear which can kill.. ....
