Want a tractor to work on my property (25 acres). Need for driveway maintenance/ditches/snow plowing ... no big stuff.
Want 4wd, diesel ?
Found a B7510 4wd(mfd), hydro with front loader and 60"belly mower. 2005 model year. 315 hours.
$12,900. Deal or no deal ?
OR....other recommendations for what I want ?

Abaniki,
With 25 acres to maintain, you should be looking for something in the 30-50 horsepower range.
Maybe most of your land is unused. If this is the case, you should be able to get by with a smaller machine.
The B7510 tractor package you posted is priced too high. I got myself a B2100, with loader and belly mower, for only $10,800. I believe you could easily find a better deal.

Here are my guess estimates of what it cost new
9000 B7510
2300 MMM
2500 Loader
13800 Total New
While 315 hours is not much, it is high as you are only getting a $1000 off and no warranty if my estimates are good;). For that you should be looking for more of a cream puff or a much better price.

I have an 05 7510 w/302 loader,60" mmm. 263 hrs and was offered 8k on a trade last week. Not neaerly enough. You should get one for 11,000 dollars in that hr. range and year. I would expect 10k on a trade anyhow. Later. ihookem. ....

My 2006 B7510 HST has a front loader a 6' Woods backhoe on a sub frame mount and a 3 point hitch with a 23 hp diesel brand new Oct 2006 I paid $19000. Maybe the price was a bit high...not sure. I can say I am really pleased with it's performance.Very strong for digging ditches in clay and 1" roots. Handy to dig around stumps but not strong enough to pull large stump without axing and sawing to loosen up. Bucket is small for snow but is good and strong in wet snow...A larger bucket for snow is about $1000 or so. The machine can spread loads of gravel and other soil faster than 10 men and never gets tired.I'm told it should be good for 7000 hours before any major engine maintenance.Hope this is of some help. ....
