I have found that sometimes the Kubota manuals lose something in translation. My subframe manual (page 20) says that you should never have the loader and subframe installed at the same time. I remember a couple of years ago I was puzzled when the Kubota manual said that you could not have the front PTO engaged while you moved the blower up and down. That was bizarre and Art White said that was ridiculous as well and pointed to the lost in translation issue.
Of course maybe they mean you should never attempt to mount the subframe with the loader attached, rather take the loader off, install the subframe, then you can reinstall the loader, perhaps that is what they mean. The other issue is that the if you have the loader on you need to rig up some chain or something to hold it up and not hanging down too low. How are you keeping it up?
Maybe Art White could weigh in here with some advice.

To have the blower subframe on is possible with the loader base frame. You could operate the loader but you would have very limited ground clearence from the frame.. We deliver with both on but with the loader blocked up so it won't fall onto the blower.

Last night clearing snow from my driveway while operating my B7800 with the front blade/ snow blower subframe on along with the FEL, I did not experience any adverse conditions. Before I was finished I had to clear off some snow that built up on the front of the subframe due to the lower ground clearance. (I wanted to minimize the amount of melted snow in my heated garage, recently bought and installed a Modine Hot Dawg propane heater, this is a must now that I have it). ....

Using a couple of blocks of wood under subframe it is very easy to detach using the tractor hydraulics to lower or raise it to make pin installation or removal easy. I can't tell you the exact size of the wood but it was all large and done in less then a couple of minutes. ....

Ok I decided to try this out today on my Kubota B7610. Since others have said it is possible on the B7800.
DON'T do it! I wasted alot of time screwing around, there is not enough clearance with the 352 loader on the B7610. I removed the loader and installed the subframe. No way to get the loader back on with the subframe installed. Since the loader was not in its final storage place had to uninstall the subframe to put the loader in its storage location and reinstall the subframe and snowblower. I guess the B7800 has a couple of inches more clearance.
There is no way the loader and the subframe can be on at the same time.
So the manual is 100% correct DO NOT install the subframe and the loader on a B7610!
