Lift arms will not go down. Takes about 24 hours. Changed fluid and filter. Any advice?

not familar with the 755,my 790 has a rotory valve between your legs that adjusts the drop rate do you have closed off???? ....

RE rotary valve. Yes I have a rotary valve and hae checked several times to make sure it is open. Very strange, went to use the tractor lst Sun for a few min.'s (10/23) and the lift arms worked properly!! ....
