1* woods has a backhoe for the bx coming out in the spring ,info came from woods. my dealer told me the price is around 5000.00 or so. it is under development as we speak!

2* If you want the Backhoe, you really want the BX22. It has a re-enforced frame and the hoe is made to work with the BX22.
BX2230 is coming out with some nice upgrades.

1*It's out now. A dealer just priced it to me for 4400.
2*The bx23 comes standard with a Kubota hoe and at 3800 it's cheeper than the woods.

Looks like you have plenty of advice in the marriage area so I will not give you mine from 19 years of marriage. I will give you this though. This will be hard and maybe long but read it.
Dont listen to just one doctor or even two. Pshc's, sometimes are even worse. My father, a retired narcotics dective is now gone. 11 years ago the docs told him he needed xanax. Now for the rest of the story...
This man was a ball to be around, great guy but did not trust people he did not know (from his job I think). He would get tense around others so the doctor decided to take his life from him and give controll of it to his bottle of xanax. (Your med is the same)
Oneace... This is the perfect drug for company's and doctors to get rich on. The more you take... the more you need to feel the same... The longer your on it... the longer it takes to "ween" off it. These meds feed themselves... like a parasite in your body. I have seen this first hand but by the time I knew what was going on it was too late. He had slowly increased his meds just to feel "normal" then he got divorced again and anouther phyc put him on paxil also!!! This was his undoing! the last 2 years of his life he was living in his anxiety med bottles. Watching the clock instead of hitting golf balls.
This man went from being a towering image to a dependant old man before it should of happened. I took his meds from him in the hospital so he could not self medicate himself while also getting what the hospital was giving him... That is when I realized how bad he was. We were peeling him off the walls, clock watching in the room with never turning on the tv just waiting for the next time the meds were to be passed out and screaming if they were late!!!! Oneace ... this in a nightmare get off it now!!!

the doctors just precribed MORE to ease the symptoms. By the time (5 months ago) I stepped in and told the doctors that the jig was up? He was already admitting to his addiction to it but could not controll it and would lie without batting an eye. My wife is a nurse, she would testify to everything I have said. I could go on and on but wont. I am talking about my best friend who was father who has passed recently.
If you really need help do it with out meds!!!! Oneace.. do a quick search on these meds and read all the posts from people addicted to them and how they beg for help getting off. Oneace,,, your smallest problem will soon be your wife!!! And you will lose her for sure if you stay on these meds. There are options other than meds for your stress and condition, pursue them!
If you want the whole story and facts I can provide them e-mail me, for I have lived in the horror story your about to enter. I would not preach this on the board ebarressing my fathers name if I did not feel so strongly about this. yes some people NEED these meds. YOU ONEACE do not. you hold down a job, 12 hours a day??? You dont NEED these pills. They may help you thru these troubled times but soon you will have more problems than you ever would imagine!!!!

I have 2460 would not start (cranks fine). Started it with starting fluid today mowed for 4 hrs ran perfect. Turned it off then would not restart. Suggestions?

Off road diesel is NOT the same thing as No. 2 heating oil. Off Road Agriculture Diesel is NOT taxed. Off Road Diesel has sales taxes applied to it. Below is the typical additive package that goes into No. 2 diesel. These additives are NOT placed in No. 2 heating oil with the expections of some additives such as a de-ice, anti-gel, and handling additives.

I looked at the KD55C (I think that was the model number) and the Kubota L5030HSTC. The engine in the Kioti was definitely not as smooth, it did not have the HST transmission I wanted, the overall smoothness of the tractor was not there, the fit and finish was not on the same par etc. The Kioti was much less money. I work hard for my money, so money has to come into play. The big killer was when I compared similar models resale value when they were about two years old. It may very well be different in other parts of the country, but the midwest certainly has not embraced the used Kioti. I have traded tractors about every two years for almost 20 years now and have lost very little (in some cases I sold my used tractor outright for a profit) when I trade. I only know this to be true in my area, but I would take an absolute beating on trying to sell a Kioti in two years. Actually, I've been a life long JD owner (other than one New Holland) up until I checked out several other brands this year. The Kioti was by far the least expensive option, but just wasn't for me given the reasons I just listed. The basic question in this thread was "is Kioti a copy/knockoff of Kubota". The obvious answer is yes. In Kioti's defense, I don't think they could pick a better tractor to copy. Besides, JD would would not have let them off nearly as easy in court as Kubota did for copying their product. I'm sure you should have good luck with yours. I don't look down on Kioti. In orange though, one is undisputedly the original and the other is a copy capitalizing on an existing established market.

Low tire pressure in the front tires? Low RPMS? I'm sure you have thought of and checked these. I sometimes grab my wheel to turn with a front load on pavement and feel like I just grabbed the wheel of my Grandma's '62 Bel Air, even the slightest beginning roll from a static position, or a slight bump to the RPMs turns a real heavy pressure into a completely effortless turn. I always figured it was a function of trying to push a static load versus one in motion. Physics 101. BTW, you can add tighter orrifices to your hydraulics to slightly increase your pressure. Just make sure your dealer does it if you are under warranty. Pete

Hey, Denno. I'll be out early tomorrow aerating with my 4110 and will do a "plumb" check, etc., and let you know. I know my HST has a different rear end than your GST, but I'll let you know what I see for a comparison. I can't imagine one would be intentionally cambered anyway. Pete<br>

Edit addition: I know you know this, but oil leaks have a way of following seams and seals away from the actual leak. Sometimes it seems they even seep uphill. Maybe it's just a sympathy drip on one of the axles...maybe???

I have to concur with Chip. I also have chapagne tastes but a beer wallet. I searched all over my state for something I could afford and no one had anything in my range. Kubota was my dream but alas no way I could justify the price. I researched the "China" brands. Tried a couple of Jinmas out from people that purchased them. seems to me people that purchase China tractors are a lot like me and helped me a lot with all the negatives as well as the good points. nonetheless I bought a 224 Jinma crate unit from Coastal and could not be happier. My expectations have been surpassed. Yes, I am a mechanic by trade and don't mind a tweek now and then but for the money I feel I am way ahead. Just my opine and my mind is made up.

Hi there. I'm looking to buy either a BX2230 w/ 60" deck and loader or a BX23 w/ 60"deck. My local dealer quoted me $13150 for the 2230 and $17405 for the BX23. Do these sound like good prices?
I saw oilbaron's post that he picked up a BX23 for $15800 - which dealer was that?

There are two types in production right now. The truck version and the car version. The truck version is simply a mutiport fuel injected engine with hemispherical combustion chambers. Yes the plugs go right there the valve cover. The car version is "High tech" it has the ability to shut down 4 of the cylinders at highway speed to save gas.

As for the 500 HP Dodge truck, that is the SRT 10. Basically it is a viper on a truck body. Same engine trany rears ect. But costs thousands less. I know I would buy one.

For steel look in the yellow pages under welding or welding supplies. They will normally sell it or tell you where to get it.
