Are you sure you only have 4 gears. You probably have an 8 speed. There should be a high/Low lever somewhere on your tractor. I have a L2500 and the lever is on the left side. My Kubota's fist 4 gears are all very low. Every tractor I have ever used had High and Low gears. Hope this helps.

I have been looking at the same model of tractor. I would say the price is dependent on the quality of the implements and the general condition of the tractor. A high quality 135 would not exceed $5500-6000 around here unless it was on the lot of a tractor jockey. I need a sechmatic drawing for a Yanmar YN-146. The fromt PTO will not work. There is no battery voltage going to the PTO cluch. Never again will I buy some thing that I cant get parts for. The Dealer told me he could get what ever parts I would need in the future. When companys such as AGCO (Massey Ferguson) and Fiat (New Holland & Case-<br>International) buy tractor manufacturers, their only concern is profit. I WOULD DEFINATELY STICK TO A 7 1/2' BACKHOE WITH A SUBFRAME ON AN 850 DEERE. I DON'T THINK YOU HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BREAKING THE TRACTOR DUE TO THE EXCESS DIGGING FORCE THAT THE BRADCO WOULD HAVE. USUALLY WHAT LIMITS YOUR DIGGING ON A COMPACT TRACTOR IS THE ABILITY TO KEEP THE TRACTOR ANCHORED TO THE GROUND. HOWEVER, I THINK THAT I'D TRY TO KEEP THE EXCESS WEIGHT OF A LARGER BACKHOE FROM WIPING OUT MY REAR AXLE BEARINGS. I HAVE RUN INTO THAT PROBLEM SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST.

I have owned a G4200 for nearly 15 years. I purchased it new. Early on in its life, I experienced the exact same problem. I inquired at the dealer and was given a new set of pulleys (3) at no charge. The dealer indicated that there was a recall on them. Since that time, I have run hundreds of hours with no further belt wear problems.
