Hello, did you find out what was the problem or is it still doing it ?
My machine is doing the exact same thing. At first i taught it was doing it because the electric motor was hot, but no, know it's doing it even with the motor cold. Does anyone have an answer to this issue ?

I have a NH TC33D 4wd with hydrostatic transmission. I had a power steering leak so it was out of commission for a couple of months until I fixed it. Now that it's running it won't move the F/R pedal is very soft and it makes no effort to move.

Finally took the plunge: [b]Brand-new[/b] JD 4052R with H180 loader is in equipment shed. Its always [i]fun[/i] getting new equip. Breaking it in with some new landscaping.

OK, the John Deere dealer replaced the ignition module on my gator about 6 months ago. Worked fine.<br>
Just recently my wife was on it and it quit and has the exact same symptoms. For the last 10 years the gator has had no problems.<br>
This is an expensive part to replace! I was wondering if there is something the dealer didn't find that would now be causing this issue? Anyone else had this type of ongoing ignition module issues? <br>
Any advice is appreciated.<br>

I see some stickers and info but everything is in Japanese ...lol

I am going to need an oil filter as it needs an oil change....and the dood that sold it to me couldn't even tell me what year it was ...and even if he had of ..it would probably have been a lie.

I have an old Clipper elite 72 inch dck zero turn mower. I am trying to get a manual for it so I know what I need to do on it. I can't find anything online except that the company went out of business and it is not related to country clipper. Does anyone have a manual they can share? Or advice on where to get one beyond google searches?

Just joined this site but I have a Hinomoto E 16 manual transmission gear box with original name plates on it and says in English to use SAE 80 oil in it. Would agree to use hydraulic fluid if it were an automatic transmission but it is not. Most manual gear boxes/transmissions use SAE 80/90 oil. The lift unit in this machine does use hydraulic fluid.

I have a sl 1643 ...just bought it and have no manual . I would like one as I am not sure about adding hydraulic fluid. <br>

Ive read about electric controls for that but mine just has a lever on right side of the seat. <br>
It does have some wiring that is taped up near that lever.....maybe I am missing some electric controls...not sure...but the 3 point drops down slowly ..will not stay put<br>

there is another lever of some sort on the right side of the seat... down low at foot level ..and I cant figure out what it does<br>

These Tractors are not hard ton work on, if you are any good at working on things it should be nothing to take apart and look, they are simple to work on.

Here is the service manual for 360, 460, 510<br>
On my 2510 the short connector hose that went from the pickup tube to the filter had a pin hole in it. it would suck air into the hydraulics, making everything slow and jerky. I finally figured it out by putting milky transmission oil in a glass jar and sealed with a good lid. After sitting overnight, it was totally clear.<br>
The pickup tube was cut off at the factory and had burrs on the outside. those made the pinhole(s) in the top of the rubber connector hose.<br>
Removed hose and got the same size fuel transfer hose from O'reilly's.<br>
Sanded down the burrs and rounded everything off. End of problem.<br>

sounds like your going to have to pull the top and check out the orings on the liftcylinder

I need to remove the rear LHS axle & wheel bearing housing of my Hinomoto e1804 so bearings can be replaced but the 4 wd lock appears to stop removal. No problem removing the RHS. How do I release/disengage so I can slide axle/bearing housing etc out from differential? Does anyone have a service manual?

Nortrac 4WD with loader Shuttle Shift
I am over the 2 year mark. I like all the features of the Tractor. Yes I am happy with the tractor.
The Good Power steering is awesome. Brush Hoging is super, Shuttle Shift is a sweat . Font end loader does what I need. Comfort not bad. Maintenance is fairly easy. It is doing what I want. It will pick up round bales of hay on the farm. It doesnt like them when they are rain soaked. But Dry loading is a breeze.

New issues coming up. Rubber boots on the Column shifty PTO and other areas with the exception of the loader controls are disintegrating and have been steady falling apart. I can Live with it Coat them with silicon. I will be calling to see if they are covered by guarantee. Yes it has been in shelter. Just appears to be low quality rubber boots.
Carter Pins. I don't know why but most of the issues with pins falling off seem to be carter pins falling out. Then the pin part it held falls out or binds Not an Issue if you do your own work but it is annoying when you have to wait for a new pin to arrive. Buy a box of Good Carter pins and replace them you wont regret it.
Now the main sore spot. The Warranty is a Parts only. Finding some one to do warranty work, Even the Service centers listed by Nortrac is a Joke. The 30 day on site will not happen don't believe it. It was the pin on the lift Issue. Simple fix but If you are going to say on 30 days on site. Just Do it.

Being Mechanically inclined,Good with your hands and with a full tool shop. I am in the good. I dropped the extended warranty as I deemed it worthless. Think Part only and you will be fine.

I can by the parts on my own.

Yes I would still buy it.
