$Oven ever been a big fan of backhoes on tractors, especially small tractors. They're just not hefty enough to stand that kind of abuse IMHO. Do a little searching around and you'll find plenty of stories of CUT (compact utility tractors) snapped in half from the loads exerted on them backhoes. Besides, they're a PITA to put on & off and spendy, even used. For a mere fraction of the cost of buying one you could rent a mini excavator with the same capability and not have any of the problems. You don't needed a leak in order to have bubbles in a hydraulic system. It's commonly caused by cavitation.

If there is no one-way restrictor valve on the loader arm or bucket (curl) circuits then lowering the loader too quickly with a load on it the viscosity of the fluid versus the vacuum caused on the other side of the cylinder could cause air to be inhaled.

The one-way choke valve limits the speed of lowering or dumping the bucket to a point where the fluid can be taken up rather than cavitation.

I love blue cheese! As for fat or calories, the taste is so strong that you don't need anywhere near as much of it as you would with milder cheeses.

One of my favourites is boneless skinless chicken breast with a little pocket slit into it and then grilled. Yum!

The 7205s backhoe from Cub Cadet was the model 457. These backhoes have a subframe that hooks onto a bracket on the front of the transmission case, approximately under your feet, and to the top link (with a special high strength top link.

Most of CCs big implements were actually made by Woods Equipment. They can probably make up one that exactly fits your tractor if you don't mind buying new.

Note that if you do not have a loader you will need front weights and it will not work as well as when you have the loader lifting the tractor off the ground in the front.

Very sorry to hear this Dennis, dogs are family and it is so hard to lose one. The decision to put him down had to be heartbreaking but it was the right one. It's sad to watch them suffer. The good times will be remembered even as the pain fades.

Answered my own questions. Had to use heavy hammer and block of wood. Took some pounding all around hub cover, then once crack appeared got small screw driver and opened it up the rest of way.

Glad I didn't wait for any replies, lol.
I checked it out, everything important seemed to work fine.
A headlight is loose, a little wobble in the shift, not much. A little dry rot on turf tires, but no air leakage.
Seat base has broken off near bolts, easy fix. Runs good, starts right up.
I offered less and we agreed on $7300. Came with 7' fisher plow and frame, bucket forks. Has 1579 hours. I'm happy and can't wait to get to work with it.

There are mowers designed for slope work. Meanwhile, I don't see how the loader can hurt, if it's just above the ground.

Maybe you could rig an anti-roll device. Picture an axle bolted to the back of the bucket, maybe angled aft a bit, extending to the downside. Maybe even install a wheel on the lower end.

Glad to hear that there is/was resolution to your situation. from the way you write, it seems as though the dealer was hoping that the issue would either correct itself, or go unnoticed until warranty ran out, thereby leaving them free and clear of cost of repair. If it were me, and I encountered these problems, I think I would be seeking a different dealer from point of repair forward if I could not do the work myself.

It's been a few years with these intermittent problems where the tractor runs but won't move.<br>

They usually went away but now it's just plain no-go with no message at all.<br>

Now that winter is over (it's been a monument since February) I can lie on the ground to work on it.<br>

Putting the shuttle lever forward or backward gets nothing.<br>

If I get up while the shuttle lever is pulled the tractor shuts off so I think it knows about the lever.<br>

I bought the electrical/platform service manual and tested the go pedal which passed.<br>

I just bought my foton 40hp in november. I've plowed snow, graded drives, and I just brush hogged 12 acres today. I'm real happy with it so far. I've got 85hrs on it. I've got a friend that has the same and he rips out and reinstalls concrete drives. The foton 40hp is what he uses and he works the heck out of it and the only problem he's had the what the chinese call generator(alt.) went out. You will more than likely do all repairs yourself. Can't send a photo, but both ends of the cable turn their respective shafts by means of a roll pin. Most common failure is the roll pin. Most common solution, replace broken OE pin(s) with nested pins.
