Well i thought i had it worked out. I pulled the air filter housing and bled the injectors twice. I put it all back together and it ran fine under load for about 20 minutes. Then it fell on its face again. I am going to change the air filter and rebleed the injectors and see if that works.

If you've read any of the other posts about this CUT--you'll find there could be a multitude of things that can go wrong.

If you look under the left rear fender near the control levers there are dangling wires that go to the limit switches---these wire connectors tend to come undone when a stick or tall grass gets in between there.

Could be a bad or disconnected seat switch.

Could be other safety switches out of adjustment, or range gear not in Neutarl (mine can start in any gear--dunno why)

Or a bad main fuse found near the starter on a short pigtail. I suggest getting rid of the fuse holder altogether and twist or solder the wires together---there's a fair amount of amperage going through there--not enough and it won't start.

Could be a fuse(s) in the fuse box--it gets dirty and dusty in the box itself even with the cover on. The only way to clean it is remove the entire right cowl under the steering wheel. The fuses also get corroded easily too.

The safety module goes bad--$150 for a new one.

The fuel cutoff circuit to the solenoid loses power. I permanently ran a jumper to mine from the switch.

Starter switches go bad--bad design--no weatherproofing and they get dirt in them and wear out.

Starters go bad---replaced mine at 20 hours.

I'm in the process of purchasing a CT225, needed something bigger for work than my BX22. The price seemed too good to pass up on, the only problem is their standard bucket is short and shallow, but wide enough to hit all my trees.<br>
The alternative bucket supplied with Bobcat's quick change is only 2 inches bigger, still smaller than the bucket on my BX22. Does anyone know of a decent 5' bucket that will fit Bobcat's quick change coupler?

After toying with the idea of a home made grass bagger trailer I ran onto a used bagger that fit our mower. I had never realized how great clippings work for garden mulch. The hoe almost is obsolete, plus the lawn looks neater too. We have an acre and a half of lawn here at the farm so there are clippings by the truckload almost.<br>
So far radishes, onions, lettuce, turnips, and the peas and snap beans will be ready in a couple days. This sure took the drudgery out of gardening for me plus the cushon of the clippings is lots easier on the knees. Frank.

Looking for a picture of the brace that goes between the engine and transaxle. I can't seem to locate it on mine. I had read that it is known for breaking the bolts that hold it in place. This is just something else I am checking as I don't even have it running yet. Ignition module should be in Thursday so maybe I'll get it running.<br>

I have never ridden or driven a gator and really looking forward to it. I did find out that it is a 2004 model so the 185 hrs on the clock would be about right.

Water comes from the houses on the upper street, we just had 3" rain over a several hour period and the water runs fast enough to push 2-3" stones free, at times of hard rain a 6"-8" wide amount of water can move over a area where the alley transissions to the yards, it will go over a small hill and go at least 2' before it hits the ground, also my wife likes the grass to look like a golf course, so I hit most of the rocks if I have the deck at 2-1/2", I usually cut it 3",and 3-1/2" in the hot months so it doesnt brown out,Craig.

The power steering just quits working, but sometimes if you crank the wheel to one side or the other and hold it there, then it will work again for a short time. We found a small leak in the pressure line going to the cylinder and fixed that but it made no difference. It seems like an air problem to me but we were hoping to find a drawing or schematic of the system to gain a better understanding of how it works. Thanks again!

We have a road ditch bank in front of the farm house that is probably 35 ft. top to bottom, just guessing a 40% grade.
I used to mow it with the 4310 and an RMFM going up hill only then across the front yard back to the bottom and up again.
It wasn't an issue of being able to climb the grade with R4's in 4 WD, but the Mrs. has forbid me to do it anymore. I don't have enough life insurance to attract a second husbsand, she says she wants all the little critters to have a home on the praire, I guess.
I watch those smiling young ladies on the TV pushing the mighty DR weed and brush mower on steep slopes, no doubt they are a good mower, it just don't look like all that much fun to me.

I have a 1533 with electric clutch . do I need an overiding clutch to bale hay with older new holland bayler ,I am having problens at the pto shaft at baler have fixed that but still having problems with bolt holding shaft spinning out ?

From my experience plowing snow with trucks, I feel, it has to be the most taxing chore ever--even heavy towing a trailer. Around here you see more trucks in transmission shops in the winter than any other season---and we only get maybe 5'-6' for the season.

If I only could get my brother to understand the tank with no air in it, makes the pump come on and then off with just opening any faucet is killing the motor! Hey, even the tanks with the air bladder in them need attention over time.<br>

OK, let me ask. The irrigation systems at least the few I have seen for crops have NO tanks. The greater the pressure the greater the radius the water is shot. OK that can vary if the pressure drops and I like Ann's suggestion on that. But if your sprinklers are able to handle the max pressure and gpm then it would seem you could forgo the tank just realize the pressure may vary. Is that wrong?

FELs are costly and heavy so you want to get a used one or the new one made closest to you (other things being equal). So look up all the makers and email your question to them.

I know the older ones went to 9999.9 and I seriously doubt if they would change the format on them. I'd say your Gator has 185 hours on it.

you mow with the BH and FEL attached? Wouldnt that screw up your mowing height setting? as well as the added weight wouldnt that make for some hard turning? It drives me nuts mowing with the FEL on.
On another note.....I got my TZ22DA non sensitrak, FEL, MMM 60, for 14000 out the door in spring of 05...thought it was a good deal, however not impressed with my dealers service..I do my own maitenance, and it runs like a champ! You wont go wrong with this machine, in my mind it was the best choice.

the bars really dig in with the loader on, add bucket full of...whatever with some weight, and it gets worse, add 4x4, which I usually run with the FEL on anyways...and you will see a route that you have taken escpecially with turns...however....
with the FEL removed, and just finish mowing my 4 acres, the hardly dig in at all, I had my concerns at first, but they have been easy when mowing, I also dont have a victory lawn..(its decent), some soft spots too...and surprisingly they dont tear it up. You might just be best to chain up and save a few buck as opposed to buying a set of bars.....just depends on what you are gonna do...
