I have a two year old JD 3520 w/cab. I took it to the dealership last summer to have the AC checked because it was not cooling very well. They suggested cleaning the radiator and cab AC filter after each mowing. We do both of these religiously. It is in the upper 90s here and despite running the AC wide open, it does not adequately cool the cabin; unlike both our 6420 and 6430. Anyone have any ideas?

If it worked OK when new, the first troubleshooting procedure for these symptoms is to introduce a dye into the system to see if and where there's a leak. Unless it's still under warranty, I'd look for a general garage that does air and is willing to do a tractor, or a tractor shop that does air. ....

I like auerbach's comment if it cooled it properly when new.
If it did then something changed. As he pointed out to check for leaks in the sealed system and there is also the possibility some part in that system is also not working as it should and also there is possibility there is an air leak (gasket damaged or missing) in the cab or some heat source since new such as insulation that has been damaged or removed. ....
