Found this on the net. The guy has a big bobcat skidsteer. He needs to load it on a flat bed truck but he doesn't use ramps! Watch the video at the link below. I've seen dozers and excavators loaded and unloaded from the side on/off lowboy trailers---but this tops all---this guy loads from the BACK and the truck bed is 4 feet off the ground! The machine is either stolen, a rental or it was the last day on the job for this guy---if he worked for me it would!

If you're referring to the 30A fuse in the little pigtail near the starter and the firewall--it will blow again. I replaced mine soooo many times. Now I keep a bent nail in there instead of a fuse. Eventually your ignition switch will go---4 times for me. And you will have other little electrical gremlins if it's anything like mine. These CUT's are the American Motors/Jeeps of the tractor world. Other than that they are bullet proof. I love mine. Warts and all---the tractor that is.

Got back to this today. It would start and run for a few seconds on ether but wouldn't stay running. Pulled the carburetor and dropped the float bowl. It all looked clean, orifices and jets seemed to be fine but I sprayed it all out with carb cleaner anyway. Put it back together, same problems starting. So I replaced the Honda carburetor with a Chinese made STENS carburetor. Two pulls and it started right up. I'll see how it starts cold tomorrow when I pressure wash the deck.

If a toy went thru toilet hard to imagine it stopping in pipe to tank.

I'd try a toilet snake first then move to first clean out.

New system I'd lean more toward a burr in a coupling area and has built up with hair and paper. But that is a WAG. (wild ass guess)

I tried that also. I have the iseki engine and I also have the original oil filter #. But have been unable to find any matching oil filters from other manufacturers or from the original manufacurer.

You might want to check with the people at Quarrick Equipment, in Uniontown, PA. They deal in farm and construction equipment, tractors, mowers, landscaping, etc.

Give them a call. They'll likely be able to locate the deck you need.

I did not check the fuse near the starter as the tractor starts and runs fine. I checked the fuse block (4 fuses, 3 are labeled for lights, 1 for glow plugs) all are fine. What is the "bulge" in the wires you are referring to?

Yeah, I realize that cost for the haying equipment might not be totally cost effective, but as I said, trying to get someone here to bother with such a small job might be hard. I was thinking that maybe I can find decent usedequipment for a compact tractor. If so, I would give it a shot maybe.

I actually dont have any problems with my clutch... I was just trying to follow the checklist for the 50 hour. Once I've finally located the darn thing, I think I can handle it... but I may not be doing it quite as often as prescribed since it looks to be a little bit of a PITA.

I've been all over the net looking for a manual for you.

No luck.

The closest I've come is a manual printed in Japanese.....which wouldn't do ME any good at all.

If you're able to read and understand the Japanese language, one of these manuals might work for you, but I highly doubt that you'll be able to acquire parts for your E222 from any source in the U.S., since your tractor was not approved for export to the United States.

You have a "grey market" tractor.......meaning that your tractor was imported into the U.S. without factory support. For the most part, you're on your own.

You might want to give best-used-tractors a phone call. They list several Hinomoto manuals, but none for the E222. They may have a manual, in English, that comes closest to your tractor.

I'd be thinking long and hard before I put one of those on any FEL of mine, it looks like a recipe for a big expense to me.

The loader arms on a FEL are designed to merely support something larger, a bucket for instance, not be a tool in and of themselves. Accordingly each arm is not robust enough to take a load independent of the other. A load on one side that is much more than the load on the other side can and will rack (twist) the FEL frame pretty quickly.

I've seen loaders twisted to the point they were nearly useless just by trying to lift a big load that was chained to one side of the bucket and then being shock loaded.

If they were mounted on a rigid sub-frame it would be a whole different story.

Very few things in this world that I absolutely hate, but on that list string trimmers would be number one. I think there are four or five of them around here yet and maybe one of them might have a weak pulse yet. But, I've discovered a new brand of trimmer that takes no gasoline, makes no noise, no flying derbris, no back ache. ROUNDUP, greatest thing since canned beer. Enjoy your holiday. Frank.

Hello i am having similar hydraulic problems as others in the forum. Getting plenty of flow but as soon as hook up to any implement lose all hydraulics. It seems as if though i am not getting enough pressure. I believe it may be a faulty press. relief sticking open or contaminated. I am trying to find someone that has a schematic of the system to troubleshoot, and also any flow and pressure specs would be greatly appreciated.

Two things here, one it is amazing how quick time runs and how long it can be before you realize you are missing someone. Second seems strange to say how you miss a person who you never heard his voice.

I agree and am sure all do hope all is well for him. Same time miss some others who were here and now less visible if still around. It is shame when a person is not there, not to be missed. kt
