You're dead wrong about the Kennedys - they did not get their money from the mob - they WERE the mob.

On Bush, let's see:
1) The national debt is at over $8 trillion thanks in good part to his expansion of medicare and federal education programs and foreign aid (15 billion to fight AIDS in Africa and so on)
2) Several million well paying manufacturing/high tech jobs have left the country during Bush's term in office - yet he pushes further globalization with CAFTA. (and it was Bush's daddy who signed onto GATT and NAFTA - then, when Clinton was elected, it was congress republicans who helped to ratify these treaties).
3) It'll be 5 years since 911 in two months and Bin Laden is still at large - instead we've wasted close to $300 billion instituting Jeffersonian democracy in some sand pit in the middle east.
4) Millions of illegals pour over the borders while Bush campaigns in Spanish for economic opportunities for the down-trodden economic masses.

Great job? give me a break.

Canada is a real big place, although our friends to the south are aware of it, because their country is nearly as big, others are sometimes caught off guard and find it hard to fathom the size.

In high school I had a foriegn exchange student in one class, she was from Denmark, she came to school one morning all excited and asked who wanted to go for a drive on Saturday to meet her brother who was coming to Canada. He was in the merchant marine and his ship was going to be in Halifax!!! When I pointed out that Halifax was 2,000+ km's away (1,200+ miles) she just laughed and said Imust be wrong. When asked why she thought so, her answer was logical if not correct, she said "I looked a map, Toronto is about 1/4 of the way across the country from east to west, so it can't be very far to the coast.".

In another instance I told someone I had flown "to the coast and landed in the ocean" and they asked whether that was in the Maritimes or British Columbia to which I replied "neither, it was in Ontario!" at which point they stated "Your full of sh___!! Ontario is in the middle of the country, or do you mean the Great Lakes?".

It took some time for them to realize that 800 - 1,000 miles north of Toronto there is another ocean!!!

The only time I've wanted more power is if I'm doing really heavy duty loader work such as digging in sand. So 98% of the time I've been very happy with the HP.

Manufacturers go by sold orders. He who buys first gets theirs first. Some dealers do have good relations with other dealers and they swap equipment around. This works good for the manufacturer as well as for the dealers not to have excess equipment that they have to pay interest on.

In reading over yout two post here, if you are "digging in 8 inches plus" with your disk and it has either the 18 or the 20 inch blades KK site shows, that makes me wonder if you are not running with the axle dragging which would cause it to push dirt and really give you a load and is part of the overheating problem. If you are running a disk with the axle in the dirt, you will be having a lot of fun and experience in changing bearings and the spacers between the blades. Doing a little math 20 inch blade probably has about a 3 or 4 inch diameter spacers between the blades leaving you at most 8 inches.

The issue of your tractor overheating could be as simple as (especially in disking tall grass or such) you have trash building up over your radiator and shutting off part of it's cooling ability. Also if you are running at higher rpm's that could be it. I would check for trash (it does not take much) and drop a gear and slow the rpms.

As to 7 passes, with the right established grass and dirt and moisture, been there and done that. If you face this often try it with different dryness level of the grass if an option and also in the soil. You should get best results with your gangs set at the max angle (both front and read). You may find the need for some other implement or action there also. If the roots are clumps above ground and you are able burning them off helps. Grass fires do move fast and hot. If time allows, disk and letting it sit for the grass to rot helps. Clumps of grass roots are tough.

Ebay identity theft is very common. Too common. Construction equipment is especially vulnerable, especially with respect to tractors and skidsteers. You've gotten those e-mails before asking you to update your info? Some people actually falls for it and give up their info only to find that their good ID is used to create such scams. The most telling sign is that the auctions urge you not to contact them through the ebay mechanism because they are above their limit. Ultimately, you pay their $3995 buy it now price and get nothing in return. By the time you figure out it is a scam, they have taken the money and ran.

I spoke with the owner of the tire shop, and yes they do use the exact same pump and hoses for pumping Rim Guard as they do with pumping Calcium Chloride they carry a tank of each on their truck. The technician is supposed to rinse everything back into the chloride tank after use but the owner stated that the tech. probably did not and they may even mixed the two due to a crack in one of the tanks. The owner stated that he will pay for the lawn replacement, but I am more concerned with what is in my rims.

In general there should be nothing in the plastic bags, although I might us a Glad bag or other new clear bag to be sure.
Years ago we had a small contract to determine what was in some garbage bags. It turned out the person was recycling PE in the bags and loaded up with lub. The lub was staining the white uniforms of medical workers.
I am bad as I can taste the lub even in PET used for soda bottles. I guess your nose gets tuned to the smell after being up to your elbows in it. Most of them are stearates so relatively harmless, but can effect the taste.

You might talk to a Massey-Ferguson dealer. I think the E2304 is essentially the same tractor as the one I have, a MF 1030. My 1030 has power steering, but I don't know if these steering parts are interchangable or not.

The M-6800 is a top link sensing tractor. It is possible to have variables especially in rolling conditions just as it is in variable soils like what we have here in NY. The draft system works by resistance of the load and is supposed to keep a constant pressure against the tractor without load change. On many of the larger tractors the lift arms are parrallel to the implement being pulled unlike the top link which on many semi-mount applications are not used.

YOu might want to look at the Kubota cab to compare. The Kubota cab has been good for a few years now with all parts functoning well. They are quite quiet too.

You still need a valve to operate the rake angle. The lines you are refering to could be used for the power if you would like to configure it that way but you still will need to purchase a valve to actuate the movement.

Great machine. I fixed the lift cylinder and the tractor hasn't given me a problem since. It was purchased in South Mississippi. I paid $3500.00 for it with a new box blade. It was not rebuilt. The tractor had 1800 hrs. on it, but it had been freshly painted and had four brand new tires. It had been fully serviced with new filters and fuilds. I would buy it again in a heart beat.
