Well thanks to following all of your posts for the past year, I weighed all the info and decided the 2305 was the best value/quality/service fit for me. I have a couple of good dealers near buy. The first dealer had sold the one on the lot. He said JD will only allow him to have one at a time. He has sold three more and they won't let the dealer order them because Deere is so backlogged on the 2305. He has to take them one at a time. It could be months. I'm off to the other dealer Saturday to see their perspective. Needless to say, its pretty hard to negotiate price when you can't get 'em. Looking at 54"mmm, fel and front blade. Getting prices of $15,100 here in western New York.

Manufacturers go by sold orders. He who buys first gets theirs first. Some dealers do have good relations with other dealers and they swap equipment around. This works good for the manufacturer as well as for the dealers not to have excess equipment that they have to pay interest on. ....
