I called the guys who actually drilled my new well, (remember, my driller had to sub it out since he was backed up) I called to ask him his opinion of what he was drilling thru. He told me that he noticed that my water table had fallen to just barely above the pump (he could tell by the old water line on the pipe holding the pump. He said that within 15 feet of drilling he had more water coming in than before (how he knew I dont know, maybe by what was pulling back up?) Said that it was soft in spots but pretty much the same material for most of the way down to 170' from there down to 188 it was a harder material and he notice quit a bit more water. I asked him about putting the pump down with out casing, he said that he thought it was OK also. They had one guy about 3 miles away like me and his well filled in by only 10 feet (of crap falling from the sides) bottomline is that he saw nothing wrong. LOL! Anyways, he went on to say that IF they were to ADD on to my existing casing then they would legally have to make some changes. Like pulling up the existing casing and then enlargening the first 40 foot.
He said that I would be adding about $2,500 to my well cost.
Like I said, I am just sick! What ever happened to the $5000, 150 foot deep well with casing 125 foot down?
I can't help but think I am getting it rammed right up my behind!
Explain to me this??????? If well drillers are charging 25-28 a foot of drilled well (including casing) how can my 144 foot of NEW UNCASED well hole cost 4 grand (FOR JUST THE HOLE, NO CASING!)
I better go take a prevacid and forget about this for awhile, now I see why folks end up un explainably lieing in a shallow depresion in the ground checking out the amouint of time it takes for a person to decompose secretly! More and more it seems like folks that do an honest days work for and honest dollar are harder to find!

I have a 25 gal sprayer and occassionally use a 10 ft boom on my Kubota RTV to spray my small crop fields. It works fine for me. Boom had instructions for mounting to an ATV. Good luck.

Are they fgure 8's or circles cuz there IS a difference.

Turcks? The turcks (so you have fat fingers too, I see) I've seen have a turbin-like wrap affair.

The canopy I got for the TC, well, was a cluster. The first one was cracked (supposedly in shipping) and had polishing burn marks and areas that had been filled with resin that weren't sanded but were buffed anyway. Called the mfg. and they were good about sending me another one in perfect condition. Got to keep the old one as a spare or sell it. I really haven't a chance to really use it or as you say (okay, I did) go in circles (which doesn't look as good in print as it does as the finished product---thank you very much). I did pick up one of those perforated retracting sunshades (like to keep a baby shaded in the rear seat) but it's way too thick, so I'm looking for a fine sun blocking, see-thru mesh. The canopy sits down on the roll bar and it's wider than the roll bar and extends to the cowl.

Thanks, reason, maybe they rolled their own. Anyone live near a Cabela's retail store? It would be great if someone could stop by and verify measurement without paying shipping on a heavy battery. This battery doesn't seem to be in their online store yet.

i am deciding to purchase a TC 30 or TC 29. i am a light use grove farmer but need a loader and bushhog does anyone know the major differences, i hear more about the 30 but not much about the 29 and when i do its on sale or left over. how much better is hydro over manual.

If I may add to the suggestion on how to break the pressure in the future, do the same with any remote hyd equipment.

To me there are several pieces of missing info for anyone to give you even a ballpark price. But here is my ball park, between $300 to $600 each.

The type of tires and where you are located and the tire dealerships in your area and just what do you mean by installed. Will they be filled with water or such or just air?

Based upon my experience some tire dealer are set up for field work don't charge a lot more than you taking it to them (not when you value your time, hauling, and such).

I would get the tire size and call asking for price.

As Kenneth touched on, weight has a lot to do with it.

I was helping out a friend last year, his econo box blade on his 'Bota BX wouldn't break up the soil.

My Rhino had no real problem doing it, mind you, my 'Bota is a little beefier, and my Rhino blade wieghs 1,000 pounds, not 400 as well.

Okay guys,

Just looked at K-9 site and they are asking what is wrong with their owners. Don't they know that stuff they pay a lot of money for and put on them stinks really bad. Don't our humans have any sense of smell?

Why any old dead criter or waste, which is free smells much better!!

There really is two possible answers, one the shampo or such really causes them a problem with their senstive noses and they are not able to pick up on other sents or they like playing you for a dummy! LOL Could be both cause some dogs are right smart.

Now all I have to worry about is my wife finding out I'm worth more dead!!! LOL.

Use a life insurance policy with an increasing death benefit and that helps as you are worth more dead, later.

Congratulations on good employees and you had them because the same attitude that attrached them rewarded them. The case that cased this thread is missing that attitude.

I have the rear tires unmounted and the fronts still on the rims.

I really don't need to swap and I am not sure it would pay to ship that far away.

Plus, you would have to locate a set of rear rims. Deere wants a lot of money for rims and tires.

Gemplers may have a rim that would fit.

I have found through much "young employee testing" that the old ones seem much better built.

I have aquired, through auctions and stomping around dealers 'used' stuff, several 1950's Ford Bush hogs.

Most of them were pretty badly beaten and rusted, but rebuilt the decks out of heavy sheet metal and angle iron.

They are now nearly indestructible, those old machines were REALLY built tough!!

I hope I am wrong, but my guess is you jammed the pto shaft by the bushog pushing against the pto shaft past the point where the pto shaft could collapse any more. If so you probably bent one or more of the shifter forks in the transmission not allowing you to fully disengage.

Have you tried working your levers to see if you can feel them shifting? Transmission and pto.

I did the same type with a flail mower driving down a bank. I had disconnected the third arm as suggested to give more movement to the mower which was BAD advice by a well meaning friend.

Saw your post about the loader problem. May purchase a YM3110 soon. How do you like yours. Where did you get it and how much was it. Was it a newly re-built grey market tractor.
