I have my thoughs on how long this will run on a charge but the air powered hammers are very good for certain jobs. The biggest one I have seen them on are where you have to place a nail in the metal hanger and use short heavy nails. Also great between rafters on already built houses.

Sometimes I miss the basic..diesel...so gas and spark plugs not likely an issue. :-(

OK begin again: have you check to see if FUEL is getting to the injector pump? Have you checked the air filter. Sure your fluid is free of water?

It does turn over but will not fire, correct? Have you tried jumping it just in case the battery is not capable of spinning it as fast as it should? Have no idea on those engines if there any kind of starting fluid safe to use with it or not.

As there is some variance in building depending on local cost and market even today I would price it with at least two different companies (sources). But before I bought I would see some they had built. There is a company here who builds and sells them and they use second class materials. So their price should be lower and they are.

You may need to check with your local code people to be sure it is acceptable and you may should check how it being portable is taxed compared to one that is not. Here they differ.

Ken, I am far from a trailer expert but if me I would want dual axles even if you could have a single axle rated for that load. But my biggest reason to reply is look at Craigslist here there are some decent enclosed trailers hitting there at low prices.

Can not answer your question on the hoses but if you are describing the plug I think you are it is the fill plug and not the "FULL" plug. Look for a dipstick to check the fluid level with.

You need a manual. But have you tried the Kioti web site to see if by chance they have it on line?

Ken, I did not realize there really is a moss killer. Then we have rain but not the same and amount of it or shade you do. You can see a little but not much of an issue here. Do you have a recommendation on brand?

Try sending him an email asking location of the machine for say frieght reasons. When he replies with the city it is in then reply back, wow, I run though they next week and can stop and look at it or my brother in law lives in that city and will look at it for me. Then if there is a reply it will be crated where it can not be open, or has been moved to another city for shipping reasons or such.

I have had two diesel vechiles, VW Jetta car which I bought used about about 100,000 miles on it and drove it for about 3 years and sold it for near what it cost me. Glow plugs, timing belt and set of tires were the cost other than oil changes. 45 miles to the gallon as dependable as it could be. Went from 0 to 60 in about 1 1/2 hours but once up to highway speed would cruise right along.

My first was a Datsun 1980 diesel pickup. Really enjoyed it and got great service from it. Engine was much better than body which was about as thick as Pepsi can. It got about 30 to 35 mph unless you were on open road running about 70 or higher when the milege dropped. Remember the late 70's they dropped the interstate speed and it was geared for about 60 as top speed.

I have no problem understanding Hardwood that for many people they don't drive enough to justify the cost of the diesel for the higher mileage. Also that many diesels out last the bodies. But I have had two I really enjoyed.

Thanks for the update. Great to know. Sure do wish I had come across this options before the manual transfer pump that cost about 3 times that. But if that pump will pump even 25 gpm with a 3/8" hose it should be a great option.

Murf, totally agree with the deal on basketball.

But my oldest daughter got me a few years back as she watch a car (NASCAR) race and at the end she said: "I don't understand it, they ended up where they began." Never watch another race, only bits.

Just wish policitians were as good for us, when their term was over we ended up where we began and not worse off.

I do not understand your comment here for me. I did not say or don't think so I have such breakers. Rather have seen them. Matter of fact I was the electrician who replaced those bad breakers. A couple of other points the state of SC has for about 40 years not allowed the use of 14 gauge wire for circuits nor 15 amp breakers just for info which I really appreciate.

bemike61: your breaker box may have main breakers which cut off the full panel or there may be a disconnect between the meter and the box. If you have either cutting or pulling those which ever you have would be much safer than working in a live box. Note, some parts of a box may still be live with main breakers cut off depending on the design of it.

A thought came to my mind sitting here typing this as it is really pouring rain. Depending on the total situation if your wire is cut and type of conduit and if sealed or not, you could have a live current leak. It might not be enough to trip a breaker but to shock you still. It would seem if you have a major current leak in the conduit with a open bare ground it would trip the breaker.

No idea on the 12 foot size but have a 7 foot Bushog and it has been good. Keep the wheels greased and spindles. I do suggest the use of their blades as they are heavier than replacement brands.

Just wondering how often are you cutting that 15 acres?

A few questions if I may:
Did it do this before plowing or only plowing? If plowing are you using a moldboard plow with a wheel in the furrow thus the tractor being tilted a little? If no to the first question and yes to the last one it suggest trash in the fuel tank or fuel pickup issue.

It could be a fuel filter issue, trash in the tank that is floating and being sucked over the fuel outlet but being released when the engine sits off for a few minutes to break the vacum, could be clogged filter. Have you tried checking fuel flow out of the filter when this happens? It could also be a partly clogged air vent hole in the fuel cap.

Then it could be an electrical issue.

We did pick ours up with lawn mower and bagger and lawned looked good. Snow is very seldom here, so we have plenty of snow birds instead, but that is another thread. While we still have lawn mower with high vac and catcher I just take my ZTR and sort of like Dennis run in circles around our house throwing the clippings away from the house. By the time the mower has run over leaves twice they really are small and make litle impact as to appearance. At times will cut our front yard only discharging into every tighting circle and it works very well with a few passes at the end to spread the clipped leaves out.
