For generic components, cylinders, pumps, motors, control valves etc<br>
I set up my Long 2510 Tractor (except for the metric steel line adapters) with hydraulics for a Front End Loader. Make sure if you do something like this you also include a relief valve. The tractor may not have one where you tap into the line from the pump.<br>

On my massey there is a screen in front of the radiator.
that gets clogged and needs to be cleaned periodically to keep it cool.

Another consideration is that maybe the oil got burned and should be changed.
Also change the filter, as it may be clogged from the overheat.

it sounds to me like the draft control is engaged.
If you have 2 levers, one is for the lift, the second is for draft. You just may be using the wrong lever. I might be wrong on this.
Try to find an owners manual.

There is a hole under the clutch housing on my 2510 that has a cotter pin connected to something inside.
If you are running the trans fluid too high it could be comming out of the shaft housing and leaking out that hole.
Also the holes that are threaded under the trans go all the way through to the clutch housing. Then you may have the hydraulic pick up tube bolt leaking. The bolt is suposed to have a rubber ring to prevent that, on mine it was brittle. I put 2 o rings on it. Be careful tightening that bolt, it is really easy to strip.

I would suggest clean all 4 ends of the main battery terminals. Most people do not check the where the ground connects to the tractor, or where the positive connects to the starter.
On the starter solenoid there should be 2 wires connecting. On big from the positive on the battery, one small one from the starter circuit. Clip a test light to the small wire with other end to ground. Turn the key to start (or start button or switch.) If you do not get light then there is an electrical problem from the switch to the starter.
Testing: Put the trans in neutral. No really make dog gone sure is in neutral. Connect remote start switch from any parts store, one wire to the small, other to the battery positive. If you press remote start and the tractor turns over, then the connections to the battery and ground are OK.

can't find a parts book for a BH7600 online and I have never seen one, so I am shooting in the dark. This is what I did for my backhoe.
Get the collapsed length, the extended length measured from pin to pin.
Get the diameter of the cylinder and the rod diameter.
Go to https://www.surpluscenter.com/Hydraulics/Hydraulic-Cylinders/Double-Acting-Hydraulic-Cylinders/
Search for the cylinder that matches closest.
The critical part (in my opinion) is the pinholes and the collapsed length.
If the holes are correct diameter but too wide, you can extend the cylinder by hand and carefully grind the sides back, or cut them off some with a hand held bandsaw.
you will probably need to get some adapters to connect to your existing hoses.

Gallons per minute should exceed the capacity of the pump at max rpm, open or closed center (most are open center), power beyond if you want to add a control (or just get a 3 spool.)
Your preference for single stick for all controls or dual stick.
pressure relief valve, I found out the hard way just how important this is when a quick release coupler stayed closed. Some controls have pressure relief built in, most do not.

I added a pressure relief valve on the output of my hydraulic pump. So anything that happens will bleed off at 2000 psi. Also added a directional valve to run my log spliter .

I put a tarp over the top of the tractor that covers the loader and backhoe controls.

Does your shutoff pull back when you let go? It could be that the shutoff is turning on after you shut down and allows the fuel to siphon back away from injectors.

With the loader off on my tractors, I have to connect the quick disconnects on the tractor side together. It may be that with the loader off, it is going through the relief valve instead of the hoses.

On my Massey 1245 the rod that runs through to the brakes was sticking.
Check if the clutch pedal is moving all the way up when you let off.
Mine stuck pretty good, with these symptoms.
I put Dextron II ATF fluid in an oiler and spent an hour adding oil and working the pedals. I found that a 2x board strapped to the pedal lets you push and pull.
once free, the clutch worked normally.

I have not messed with John Deer. The guy I buy hay from pretty much said that everything to fix his JD is $3,000.
I would suggest getting a Service manual and a parts manual. Then decide for yourself.
The main issue with JD is that the new tractors have solenoids buried inside and will not show anyone how to get to them.
This one being 2002-04 (or so) may be much simpler.
It also could be something really simple that you could knock out in an hour.

On my 1240 the hydraulic lines for the front end loader go under the tractor to a hydraulic adapter. this adapter has 2 hoses on it. if either gets disconnected, the hydraulics stop working, including the Front End Loader and the 3 point hitch. You may have one disconnected or a line cut.
if the line is cut or leading, you probably do not have any oil in the Transmission.

On my 2510 the short connector hose that went from the pickup tube to the filter had a pin hole in it. it would suck air into the hydraulics, making everything slow and jerky. I finally figured it out by putting milky transmission oil in a glass jar and sealed with a good lid. After sitting overnight, it was totally clear.<br>
The pickup tube was cut off at the factory and had burrs on the outside. those made the pinhole(s) in the top of the rubber connector hose.<br>
Removed hose and got the same size fuel transfer hose from O'reilly's.<br>
Sanded down the burrs and rounded everything off. End of problem.<br>

just guessing here,
I think you may have some of the linkage binding up on the draft control.
it is on the right side (as you are sitting on the tractor.)
I had to take mine apart on my 2510 and break almost all of it free, then put it back together. Take pictures as you take it apart, so that you can get it back together.
