I would start looking to see if the ignition switch is providing power out. Then check to see if the Neutral Safety switch is operating. It could be out of adjustment or just not working. Some tractors the switch makes the circuit contact, others have to be open. On another page I found:

The wiring runs through the PTO safety switch through Neutral safety switch then to the starter.

"Hey Curtis, figured it out. Found the wire running from the solenoid went through the PTO switch and then through the neutral safety switch to the ignition switch. The safety switch at the PTO is where the problem is at. Didn't have a wiring diagram,but I figured it out. I've ordered a new switch. Sorry my first tractor. Thanks for your help."

may want to check the air cooling fins.
it may be that it is clogged up a bit and is getting hot.
could also be a temp sensor somewhere, I am not too familiar with these.

it could be that the distributer cap is put on 180 degrees.
this would make it fire when it is on the exhaust stroke.

I cannot find any exploded parts view for this tractor.
the picture is too dark to see anything.
I am guessing this is a Shibaura import, but I cannot find any cross reference to what equivalent models were imported.

it sounds like the add on is bypassing the relief valve somewhere.
that would account for the over pressure.
without a relief valve you can blow the pump or worse strip the gears that drive it.

On my little Massey, it has a screen in front of the radiator.
I have to pull the screen and wash the dust out of radiator and screen.
Then runs cool until dust builds up again.
You can take a 1/4 to 3/8 copper tube and fit it to a garden hose. May take some head scratching.
Crimp the end and put a 1/16 hole in the side right at the end.
then you can use it to flush out where the air flows. just be gentle. I put a pencil eraser on the end incase it bumps the radiator.

Service Manual for Long 360, 460, 510. I did not see any torque specifications for that.
Everything I found in this manual pretty much applies to my 2510 with a few exceptions.
On my part book shows an M8x1.25 nut for injector.

The trans is essentially the same as the 360
May want to ask the dealer what he adjusted.
If you bought it from the dealer and he adjusted it to get you to buy it, then you may have legal recourse/

I would like to know who the dirtbag, worthless, liar, Puke brained roach infested (you may get the idea I really dislike thieves and cheats) company was that sent your injectors back and claimed they were rebuilt.<br>
I would also send them an Invoice (bill) that is at least double what they charged you (including shipping). <br>
List all the parts they claimed were replaced, plus a fee for each injector.<br>
Then when they don't pay up, take it to the Feds for interstate fraud.<br>
I put the link to your other thread in case anyone else needed to see what a Long Injector looked like when disassembled. But now I do not see the link anymore and cannot find the thread<br>

I would try set impact to tighten, then loosen, a few seconds between, flip back and forth. let air build up completely and check that the adjuster is set to the highest setting. It could be that it was turned a complete rotation and 4 is actually -1.
While doing that, put your thumb or finger at the seam of the housing. if you feel it shift back and forth, then it is stuck on the seal or O ring.
Acetone will help break that loos but you will end up with a mess because it will dissolve the seal temporarily.

I qualify as Dobber. I do stick and a little wire (flux)welding. I build stuff for me or fix what I need welded.
I have built some things that were just my ideas.
Log splitter that splits both directions, 14 inch, hooks to tractor Hydraulics.
3 point Air compressor that runs off of the pto on the tractor.
Mounted a Massey Ferguson Front End Loader and Backhoe on a Long 2510.
Special tools, Brackets, Trailers, trailer hitches, 3 pt carry platform that I can mount a Van seat on to carry the grandkids.
Alaskan Sawmill.
Stuff like that.
I don't do enough to stay real good, but I don't have welds break.

You may want to check the suction line.
If you Hydraulic fluid looks like it has water in it, then put some in a jar with a lid.
if it turns clear overnight, you may have a pin hole in the suction line between the pipe coming out under the trans to the metal line going to the pump.
Mine was sucking air into the pump and made it look like it had water in it. It was a pinhole made by the pipe. the pipe had no chamfer and had burrs that poked a hole in the rubber. I sanded the end of the pipe and replaced the old rubber with fuel transfer hose from Oreilly auto parts.

On a Ford 8N that I worked on,
something had bounced the lift bad. The rod that went into the piston punched out the end. The rod would plug the hole and the lift went up and down but had no power.
I had to pull the top off the trans and yank the piston.
I replaced with a new on that used an O ring.
Check that if you end up pulling the top off the trans.

Looking at the Hydraulic Lift Pump page, it is internal and the pump looks to be in multiple parts.

I know this is an old thread.
Check the hose that connects the pick up line to the pump.
On my 2510, it had a pin hole that sucked air into the pump.
it made the oil look like it had water in it.
I ran oil out from the control to a jar. Closed the lid.
after setting overnight, was clear, no water.
If the pump is sucking air, it can make things not work.

First, check the fuel shut off at the tank.
Second, check that the shut off pull is connected correctly.
It could be that it is holding the lever to shut off instead of run when pushed in (yours may be different than mine.)

May be helpful if you do not have it.
Next, l would be inclined to check the lift pump and filters. It could be that the lift pump is not getting fuel to the injector pump. There is a 13 mm bolt on top of the fuel filter, crack it or remove it (I had to remove it on my 2510).
Crank the tractor (I used a remote starter button so I could watch the filter) until clear diesel comes out. Close the bolt.
Once you have the lift pump and filters working, bleed the injector lines.
Do this by cracking the lines at the injector (all of them), turn over the motor until you get clear fuel with no bubbles. Then tighten up the fuel line nuts.

Be careful about how long you crank the engine. Give enough time to cool off between crankings, and do not crank longer than 15 seconds.

It could still be a ground issue.
I would turn on the lights when not working and check with a multi-meter the connection plugs.
go from the power side to a good ground, see if has 12 volts. Then use ohm meter setting, go from ground side to a good ground. See if has continuity.
if good continuity to physical ground, check the ground (where you were testing) to battery ground.
Also, it could be that the running lights are on a different fuse and that is blown.
If that is the case check for a short before putting in a new fuse.
