I have two Kubotas, and am looking for a better way to transfer fuel to tractor...I use a 5 gal. plastic container and a kerosene pump with batteries by lifting jug onto top of hood or steering wheel and using small pump to transfer fuel...How do you fuel yours?

I use a 55gal drum with a hand pump. When the drum needs filling I use my bucket forks to load/unload from my truck. ....

I posted this in another thread recently but he it is again. Pic #3. You can do the same thing with a 55 or 30 gallon drum and buy a drum dolly from Harbor Freight to move it around on. All the pump, hose, nozzle, and filter is sold at Tractor Supply Center. The advantage of such a large tank is that you can purchase off road or agriculture fuel and save about 45 - 50 cents a gallon off taxes. If you use a good bit, it is definitely worth it. ....

Mark,
Off the subject of fueling, I've been landscaping, working on the boat and riding my motorcycle, 2000 miles in a month and a half.
The Rankin blade worked out great. The 2210 has made a reputation around here for solid performance. The runway project came out perfect. EVERYONE was impressed. 155 hours on her so far without any problems..except plugging the fuel filter.
That's the short version of recent events.
Ferrari..5 gallon cans are really a pain. Chief's setup looks great. I did my drum/pump arrangement for about $35. BUT..get in-line filters for sure. I didn't at first and started plugging up the 2210's filter with crud. It stopped everything and was easy to clean. I washed the fuel and added a filter. Life is good again.
Mike ....
