I try to help anybody that i can but i have run across too many people trying to cheat the system and get something for free. I an just a proud hard working american. i don't like cheaters or people who sue or what ever they do just to get out of fotting the bill. Billy r if you can get me some good clear pics of your tractor before and after the incident I will try to get something resolved for you.

you are very blunt!!! (so am I) or so my wife tells me along with other. Some people dont like it some dont pay attention to it? and some appreciate it. I always say, "At least you know where I am coming from and right or wrong you will never not know exactly how I feel" You do sound passonate about your work, nothing wrong with that, You have good info and have a good knowlege of mechanical workings in tractors. Speculating on whether someone is lieing or not is always a prescription for trouble. Most of the time when you call a onion and onion most of us here already smelled it on the board and were thinking the same thing anyway!!! You know what I mean!
It sounds like you have a good heart and a consience, that makes for a generally good person!!!!! (In my book anyway)

I was followng the broke-in-half TC33 thread since I have an TC29 and sometimes worry about using it with a 3ph backhoe. I saw where Billy R. also posted the same message to the Yesterday's Tractors message board. He got several responses, some saying that the new tractors are junk, at least one pointing out that many tractors have been broken with FEL's; one from a NH parts manager saying that he had seen it happen twice; both times the customer had replaced the stock bucket with a wider one and jacked up the hydraulic pressure to pick up heavier loads. He says that the recommended loader, bucket and pressures just wouldn't break a TC33. At least one post pointed out the dangers of digging with the FEL. Anyway, Billy never responded. I hope to hear something about how this is resolved.

Well I think the style here has always been that people come here for answers. Those that want to join a happy face club maybe find someplace else is better. Some bluntness does serve to winnow down the less serious questions and kibitzers. No problem in my mind as long as bluntness and content are supplied in fairly equal parts--and so they seem to be.

I would keep in mind that this type of forum is not one on one conversation. Each question and response may be of interest and value to many people. To some extent the reasons for asking are irrelevant and time spent on the motivation is wasted.

If it's a decent question it may deserve a decent answer even if the motives for asking aren't quite straightforward. Somebody else may still gain something out of the answer. A person with good answers doesn't necessarily have to react to somebody whose reasons for asking may be suspect, and not reacting can cut down on the noise that sometimes erupts around here. No problem, just keep those Q's & A's flowing. ....

Well said indeed.

The diversity of experiences, opinions, perspectives and knowledge here is, IMHO, one of the real strengths of this board.

Unfortunately sometimes passions, tempers, and pride gets a little too strong in the mix and it starts to leave a bad taste in peoples mouth.

Sometimes a couple of deep breaths and a 'time out' is all it takes.

Best of luck. ....

Tony.... that wasn't so bad. I've done worse and certainly seen worse here. We all have learned when to temper our opinions, it's just part of the process here.

Stick around.

BTW, you should have seen my spelling before Cutter found this download. ....

i appreciate your comments. I just want people to know that I am here to help. I have allot of experience with a lot of different products. Before i came to work at the nh dealer I was the shop foreman of a major rental company some of you probably heard of it ,Sunbelt rentals. At that place i came to know what to expect when you try try file a warranty claim for just about any break or malfunction. They all fight you on the hours they will pay or if they even pay at all. They are like an insurance company they will do what ever is necessary not to put out any money. There are a few exceptions but not many. But any way I'm rambling again just let me know if i can help any of you in any way either here or through e-mail. ....
