Hey Blizzard,
I just noticed in your picture set that you appear to chain large rocks (boulders really) to your bucket. Are you trying to lift and transport or just move the biggies by pulling them backward and using the bucket as a sort of skid?

To move the boulders any distance the other trick is to get the hood off an old and use it as a stone boat. ....

An oblong home heating oil tank sliced up makes a really good stone boat too.

Best of luck. ....

BurtAlm,
The rocks in pic#5,#10 I lifted and moved. The one in pics#7-9 I had to curl the bucket back a little and carefully slide it to it's destination, couldn't lift it free of the ground.

BurtAlm,
The loader manual gives the following specs for LA723:
Breakout Force 500mm (18") forward of pivot - 2605#
Lift Capacity 18" forward, 4-1/2' high - 1852#
" " " " at Max Height - 1400#
The HD bucket with replaceable cutting edge weighs around 400#, so lifting capacity would be reduced somewhat.
The LA723 fits the L3130, L3430, and L3830 tractors.
I have a L3130, so I'm a little more careful when lifting high.
bliz ....
