I just bought a LB1914 and have some moderately rock ground to clear. People have suggested a wider box blade (5 foot) so that the blade covers the tracks of the tractor. I think I need a 4 foot because the tractor is smaller. Any experiences you have had with box blade or rock rake use would be appreciated.

I would stick with the 48" for that model. It should cover the tracks fine. Box blades can fill up fast and get real heavy to pull, you will find you run out of traction long before you run out of horsepower. A bigger model would make that worse. ....
