You’re close, but not quite in the right country, Belarus tractors, as the name would suggest, are built in Minsk, Belarus.
As for numbers, I’m the wrong guy to ask, between the 2 that live at my house, the one that lives at my summer and the one at my camp I have 4 personally. That doesn’t include what’s at the farm or in the company fleet.

Thanks Murf. mine are both built in the Kharkiv tractor factory. but yes most are or were built at Minsk i think. it is probably in my goal to get a decent 800 or 900 someday so then i will have a Minsk built tractor also...."smile".... funny most of the spare parts have USSR stamped on them somewhere but both of mine were built after the break up of the soviet union. ....

The moulds for the castings were made prior to the break-up of the USSR and money was pretty tight for a very long time afterwards so they just kept making parts using what they had.
Much the same reason I suppose you buy a “brand new” Ford 3000 or MF 135 built in India. They have become a huge supplier of new parts for older tractors. I bought a hydraulic remote valve block from an Indian supplier and was surprised to see the FoMoCo logo in it.
