Go BottomLong 2460 hydraulic problem

The front end loader works but the 3 point on the back won’t work. I have changed hydraulic transmission fluid and the filter to no avail. I changed the filter (that looks like an oil filter)
And can’t find any other filter for the hydraulics. Any tricks?

I have had this trouble in the past and my issue was the O-ring on the main cylinder for the 3 point lift which is under the seat. If you have a copy of the manual, it will tell you how to repair this. ....

Here is the service manual for 360, 460, 510
I use it for my Long 2510.
I will probably have all of the information you need to look at this.
The tractors are very similar. ....
