Depends what you mean by easy. You need a fitting to plumb in to the right place to get the pressurized fluid out, and another for the return. You need two hyd fittings to mount on the rear for your hyd attachment. (You probably want quick-connect couplers for this. There are basic ones and upgrade ones. You should color-code them so you plug the right attachment coupler to the right tractor coupler.)

Then you join the two sets of fittings/couplers, using the right kind of hose, properly swaged to the metal at both ends. Add a bit of fluid to fill the hoses, and you're ready to roll if your pump is up to the extra load. ....

Deere made a kit for a rear outlet. It may still be available or collecting dust on some dealers shelf. It fit the whole 41-- series and probably the 2320. ....
