As a premium Member, you should see what I see. There are 3 light purple boxes below the box you typed your reply in. Try pasting the web address in the "Link URL" box (just watch out for listing the http:// prefit twice). You can enter your own title in the one above it called "Link Title".
Thats how its done. ....

OK, sorry. Maybe it specifically filters out that address, but I just followed a link in another thread that took me straight into the other site and straight down into a discussion.
After a test, it appears that one snuck through.
I see what you mean. A test link to the other site came back with
"Advertising Links are Not Allowed Please Correct".
Since I don't belong over there, I haven't ever tried to link to it.
I know we get a lot of people posting "Questions" that really are ads.
I guess they had to come up with some type of automated system to attempt to minimize those problems. Kind of like a spam filter. They block most spam, but some still gets through, and some good stuff gets blocked as well.
Just list the name of the Product. Most likely a Google search will find it where ever it is sold. ....

I hate to give advice on how to cheat the system, but I like to take into account the spirit of the rules vs. the letter of the law. If the link isn't too long or complex, just type it into the body of the message without the http prefix and substitute the word "dot" for each "." There's still a chance the filter might catch it though. Don't get me wrong, its not as if you're trying to do anything improper if the filter is simply there to filter out spam. ....
